  1. No idea about the sound, probably loose connector or something's plugged in the wrong port though. As for the drive behind the seat, do you have sat nab. Could be the cd/DVD drive for that.
  2. Nope, I'm talking about the under strut tonneau, the privacy upper tonneau thing is also a complete rip off though. I think that one you linked to is the ones a member builds and sells for around £40, look much better than the OEM I think too.
  3. Good reactions I has the same a few years back in my shed, luckily I predicted early on the kid was going to run out to get his ball and could slow down and prepare to throw on the anchors.
  4. I bought mine last February and still every weekend I browse gumtree, nicarfinder etc etc every weekend. I was very very tempted to trade in the last time this was listed. I think if it was black or temper orange I'd of had it!
  5. Best place for the under strut tonneau cover is ebay, but be prepared to enter a bidding war, they've hit silly prices in the passed.

    Spare Key

Locksmith can program it for you, might be a little cheaper than Nissan.
  7. Not sure if it's the same but yes it is GunMetal. THink I found it on Usedcarsni, £8450? Looks a good car and is the same one I was looking at before. I think it's so cheap because of the high mileage for a 5 year old, but thats no big deal at all.
  8. This a GM one going for about £9k? That was advertised a few weeks ago and i was thinking about it, then it vanished :S so I assumed it was sold.
  9. I don't know about a couple of grand, the cheapest 370s about compared to the price of this car is more like 9-10 grand. Ignore Charles Hurst prices, some have been posted on here with dealers on the mainland for around £14k. Alright, it might be a bit more than an £11k 350HR, but it's only 3 grand.

    Spare Key

The rain dance and link that Ebized has posted it to program the remote functionof the keyfob, it still won't start the car as far as I am aware, for that you have to go to a decent locksmith or your nissan dealer for them to bum rape you for programming it. I believe the going rate for getting a new key and programmed in Nissan is Circa £160, ouch.
  11. I was thinking the same thing, the gold battery and fluid cover look @*!#! Isn't that jeremy Clarksons toilet from a previous mission? Also the cheap eBay tat front lights look aweful and they should have painted the carbon door skins to match the bottom half of the car. Some serious dough has been put into that motor though. What plenum is that? Kenetics?
  12. I'd love an HR, but when I look at the prices, another couple of grand gets me that 370. It may not be as pretty on the outside, but the engine is much better than my 04DE and the interior is much better looking than even the HR 350.
  13. I'm slowly but surely getting the GF to understand, she even wants me to sign her up to a drifting class coming up soon :O
  14. I think the whole deal with these like's pictures is to make a few quid, I believe Facebook like youtube, are now paying for massive numbers of likes or views on the sites. Kid will never get a GT-R but he may make a few hundred bucks for writing out a sign.
  15. If I didn't have a service and mot coming this month I'd have it off you.
  16. Doesnt it also have JDM front light due to the black bit at the bottom, that suggest import to me or at the least the front lights have been changed for ebay cheapys for some reason.
  17. Thanks Alex I'm gonna get a guy to try repair the first 2mm of thread or whack it off as there's about 5-6mm spare when the nuts on tomorrow, if that doesn't work ill give you a shout tomorrow night
  18. Thanks Keyser, ill leave her jacked up until I can get it sorted just incase
  19. Hi very quick one, I just stuffed up the thread in my N/S/F droplink so I can't get the nut back on, is it safe to remove the droplink completely and still drive until I get a new one? Kyle
  20. "IF" being the operative word there. I would buy all original if I could too, but I can't, so copies it is unfortunately,
  21. Poor offset isnt a bad thing really, a good offset depends on the width of the rim, e.g. 9.5" front and 10.5" rear both with offsets of 20 will make the wheel pretty much flush with the arches, which is the look most people want. The standard wheels are 8" front and rear (Rays have 8.5" rears) with offsets of 30, meaning to get the wheels sitting flush you need 25mm spacer on the rear and 20mm on the front. So basically a poor offset means you need a spacer for them to fit perfectly. The look bad because around the rim of the wheel you can see what in my opinion is too much of the part of the tyre thats supposed to seat onto the rim to make a good seal. I have 10.5" rears with 275 tyres and 245 tyres on my 9.5" fronts and I can see a little of that seated part of the tyre due to stretch, but yours looks like what I would imagine mine would look like with a 245 tyre on the rear, i.e., way too much stretch! Jack the car up and take one of the rears off and clean up the inside, it should say somewhere what size the wheels are on a sticker
  22. Don't worry about it, it's not your fault, you tried to rectify the situation by doing the right thing.
  23. Obviously being for the 370 it doesnt apply to me, but £4k for a couple of bumpers and side skirts is daylight robbery in my opinion. Lots of performance companies massively over price they're products. I'm tired of seeing a nice lip for the 350 only to find out it cost over £500, FOR A FRIGGING LIP! Or the Top Secret diffuser which is about £1300 and replica's are literally half the price. I understand there is an amount of R&D involved and thats stacks the price up a bit, but then I look at RT and the work that went into they're under tray and they're selling it for £300. Fair enough its fiberglass and not CF, like the TS diffuser, but thats not 4 times the cost to produce. I believe if manufactures charged more reasonable prices then people would be more likely to save up a bit longer to buy the real deal, rather than buy knock offs. I personally would rather pay around £1000-£1500 on an authentic kits than £500ish on an eBay replica. But because an authentic kit costs over £2k for most good makes, I and others are stuck trying to find the best price vs quality replica kit for under a grand. Another example is the Mines CF lip, over £600 but there are perfect replicas around for about £300, I know which i'd choose. I can only stress how much we need traders like you to continue supplying aero parts. I've never heard a bad word about fit and quality of any parts supplied by any of the traders here, replica or otherwise. We need you guys to help us make our cars truly our own without having to remortgage! I love you guys
  24. They do look a little funky Is rthere any chance you can get us a pic from the the other angle, ie, behind the the wheel looking along the side of the car so we can see the stretch of the tyre etc?
