Total idiot but I suppose at least you were on the way to RT at the time so if it had to happen, now was the best time really. Really really really sucks though. Some people are just scum.

This is always good news. Was a shame when TVR was sold so am happy its coming back home so to speak. They're not my favourite car and I probably wouldn't ever buy one, but I like the fact they were made in the UK

All depends on your personal taste doesn't it and the theme you have in mind. With my modifications, I want to keep a certain stock look about it, so under the bonnet im going Carbon. Same colour (black) as standard so wont look out of place but just tidier.

Yeah I know its odd. If you look around online it seems a very common complaint. Something about the size od the handbrake shoes (and the drum) being simply too small for the size and weight of the Zed. It has mildly improved since fitting new shoes, but I still have to pretend im iron-man when using it on a slope.

The Zed handrake is hopeless, you can adjust it then a week later it is the same again, I just got used to leaving it in gear everytime I parked up... Agreed. You cant even do handbrake turns in the snow for god sake! I few months ago I had the garage dismantle both rear handbrake systems (as in, the 1 on each side), clean them up and fit brand new genuine shoes aaaaand....it still exactly the same. I can just about stop on a 20-30 degree incline if I wrench the handbrake up as if im trying to pull it out of the floor.

Should work yes. Id be very surprised if you could get HR reflectors for that kind of money. Ive not seen them for much less then £80 anywhere, nevermind tinted ones!

I cant believe what Nissan charge for some parts, I thought Toyota were bad... EDIT: just seen, you have a 2003 GT pack which means you have a 350, not a 370, but this topic is in the 370 section

Just a quick update, the ones above will be posted tomorrow, so expect your tracking numbers. The black reflectors arrived in the country a few days ago, but sadly I now have to pay customs fees so they're at the post office. With this in mind il hopefully get them built somehow over the weekend and have then out mid-late next week. Batch 3, ive ordered your parts today

Just use some rubbing compound! Yes the zeds paint is thin, but... 1. you have just had a full respray, so it will be different to OEM paint 2. Ive done it, rubbed away for a few mins at a time and never worn though.

Yep, stop the car, turn it off, turn then key to ON (so all the lights on the dash light up) and off 3 times, take out the key, get out and press the lock button. Car alarm will make a small chirp to warn you that its locked, but not secure as a window is down.
