K370Z2 Drop me your address, il post you a new version of DVD 2 and 3 this evening 1st class mate, both these DVD seem to regularly fail for some reason. Before you do it, check the disk isn't scratched or dirty, the dvd drives in the zeds seem very sensitive to this. From what I can figure out, your set came from garethkd1 who also had issues with it failing so im keen to get them replaced for the next member. Octet Next on the list is Dogfather, il drop him a message to PM you. No worries about forgetting

Its pretty standard procedure in every car ive ever had (modern) and been in. Hold the window switch and let it go down, then keep holding for 5 seconds, then pull the switch, let it close and hold for another 5 seconds. Door does need to be closed though. Ive found the zeds window then stops responding for 5-10 seconds and then it works fine.

Yep, I sent out 5 disks and I see 2 (I think) being swapped around. I know will370z has his at his parents and is trying to find time to update it, one went to Octet and the other one I cant remember who so ive no idea where these have gone (interestingly, the person whos name I cant remember never contacted me to get the fixed DVD 2 and 3 so these wont even work, I have their replacements sat on my desk still...). The two I know that are being distributed are MBS's and ionabee's New list (assuming K370z2 and harryjax get their in the next few days), and I missed 370Mike off of the list so added him in 5th place, sorry! 1. Good box this month, the glass cleaner looks impressive, am a little tiny bit disappointed the wax isn't from someone with a more recognised brand rather than angel wax, but their trim gel stuff from a few boxes ago wasn't all that bad I guess. Like the silver pots too, makes getting the wax out much easier. next months order placed

Once is good, twice is great, but three times... It's only a little outfit, it's not amazon or Barclays, they never double up in error. Hey all, not much of an update but im back from seeing family this week, another set of reflectors has turned up and so they're now all prepped for the LED's but these STILL haven't arrived so im stuck until they do, everything else is on place though for when they do.

the battery may actually be dead/dying, the alarm going off like that is one of the indicators. From what ive seen, unless the battery is 100% flat, that gauge is absolutely useless. Everyone's zed seems to behave differently too, some alarms go off, some have weird starting issues, it just seems to be a car that really hates having a low battery, though from what I understand the engine is a pig to turn over and takes a hefty chunk out of the battery every time so it does get a hard life. If you can afford to id try a new battery (yes, assuming your window, boot and bonnet are properly closed first) but alternatively go to Halfords and get your battery tested with their machine, it checks each cell in the battery as if even 1 is failing then your battery is as good as dead, its a free test too.

Probably a good idea, I've heard far too many horror stories about those D1 ali nuts falling off/getting stuck. I always slightly over torque my OEM nuts to about 96 ft-lb, 80 seems like they're hardly even on.

Oh dear that's bad... Well, whoiever told you yolu cant sand it clearly doesn't understand sandpaper. BulletMagnet refurbed his CF bonnet by wet & drying the entire thing then lacquering it as required. I'm sure you are aware sandpaper is friction material and it will remove any kind of paint no matter what it is, I highly doubt its a proper job whereby the bonnet was painted then relacqured so will probably be a few hrs work and of course you will need to refurb the bonnet afterwards id suspect.
