OK, my Mrs has a phd in gut health, so appreciate what you're saying but I'd rather accept her facts over a billion dollar/pound industry. I never said that the health industry would go bust, people are gullible end of. Also I never said steriods dont work, they do but they're illegal and if they were legal I probably would have taken them back when I was 21.

Multi Vits are pretty much a waste of time, most of them dont get bsorbed as they get broken down in the stomach before they move onto the guts where they'd be extracted and absorbed by the body. Eat more veg!!

Fully agree with you there, I have one and find it not of the highest quality, I can see why it's cheap. In hindsight I would have rather spent a small amount more and got a much better one from Costco I love that place and the free samples, yum yum. Shame we dont have one local!

I've not got a lot of trolley jack experience. I have one of these and it's ok but the handle and connection to main body aint great.Worth £29 I suppose though.

I care I wouldn't buy one just for low CCT. You'll have to look at everything else too, running costs, leasing costs, mileage etc to see if it works for you. Ok well 100% allowable against company tax when you buy and 5% BIK atm, 7% next year still far less than petrol/diesel power. When I get 5 mins I'll draw up a spreadsheet
