They will probably be looking for you to say things like managers get things done by being directive, making the decisions, telling people what to do, closely monitoring progress etc. A leader is someone who sets the overall vision, but involves the team in discussing how it should be achieved, empowers team members to make decisions and plays to the strength of the team etc.

Don't you just love the yellow now lol. Apart from in summer when every little bug in the world wants to fly into over and over for some reason. Lol The rears are down on their lowest setting and the fronts still have 8 full threads to the lowest but the rubber front lip is maybe 1 1/2 inches from the floor, I had to trim the rubber bit hanging down underneath in front on the front tyres because it was about touching. The ride is slightly firmer, I don't drive it like I think I'm on a race track so I haven't pushed it to the limit not by a long shot, but it handles well, but it will not go over speed bumps. My white Z seems to attract flies like crazy in the summer but I'm not sure if it's the colour or the sweet smell of products like wax.

I like the way DPD give you a one hour slot and let you track the progress of the van.

I'm thinking abouJt selling my Mk1 Nismo in the not too distant future if there are people out there interested in buying one that has been properly cared for and already has essential mods such as a decent sounding exhaust. I'm moving house in the next month - once that's out of the way, I'll get an advert put together.

We finally exchanged yesterday, three stressful months after having our offer accepted. Can't wait to get the keys on 5th June. Always wanted to live in somewhere historic like this but never imagined it would actually happen.

If it helps, this is my Mk1 Nismo with the Mk2 rear bumper. I'm not keen on the duckbill spoiler on the Mk2 to be honest.

Looks great. There has never been a white 370 with a perfect bumper to body match anyway. There have been some shocking examples of poorly matched bumper to body colours from the factory. Both my bumpers are body-shop painted and are a better match than when the car came out of the factory.

Maybe we need a listing system for nice cars like we have for historic buildings. If your planned mods are sh*te, decision = REJECTED!

May well do it one day. I'd like a "911" but currently I'm more likely to be able to afford a 996 variant than a 997 but I'd prefer the 997 model as it looks better for starters imho. So one of them was just going for "a relaxing drive after work." Yeah, right. The only thing worse than doing something bad is doing sonething bad and refusing to accept responsibility for the consequences. At least the pair driving the Z are reported to be pleading guilty (although very probably because they've been advised they have little chance of getting off, having been recorded doing 140mph).
