  1. Clarkson though would rock up late shout at the chef then punch you in the face mate! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. From a fun perspective, sounds a bit odd now but I imagine Robin Williams in his pomp would have been an amazing conversation. From a professional perspective my old boss's, boss's, boss's, boss's, boss whilst I worked at WPP Martin Sorrell. From a purely selfish 'fancied her for many years of my adult life' perspective Milla Jovovich (Wife is aware of this infatuation so no fear of announcing this on public forum )
  3. Is a pre-requisite that they have to be American then Dan?
  4. I just think with the excellent wax I use and the Bathe+ wash each week, I don't think this spray on stuff is worth the extra effort? Bathe+ is amazing btw, I recommend people give it a go in place of your normal shampoo.
  5. I wash my car each weekend, I use Gyeon Q2M Bathe+ which gives a great run off of water etc. Obviously I clay, polish and wax every couple of months as well. Given the Bathe+ on the car regularly, do I need something like this sealant? (apologies for daft question if this falls into that category!)
  6. Quick google shows the Golf R at 1550kgs ish?
  7. Do the topics which get lots of posts on not just naturally find their way to the top of the list when you click 'View New Content' I can see a slight difference in that vs what you are proposing, but not enough to warrant something like attempting to add in new functionality?
  8. I thought it was my laptop at first, taking ages to open up an image etc. But then tried it on my work laptop and the same problem. Imgur miles better, less ads, faster load times etc.
  9. I have moved everything to imgur, same here PB is just shocking at the moment
  10. If you are going to stick to the colour, then do walk if things look in the slightest bit dodgy and be prepared to play the long game.

    350Z Pricing

I did actually look at list prices of all 350z on Autotrader by colour once, about 110 cars, found that blue/black were most expensive, ginger cheapest, silver in the middle.
  12. My Celica is heading to TGM soon, they also worked on my R33 previously, cannot fault them. And the rows of motorsport Hondas they have outside are well worth a nose around too!
  13. I made that exact same mistake
  14. I have always serviced my cars on my own, never been an issue come sale time, although can see the temptation to keep it Nissan. Actually, anyone who has bought my cars have done so because of the documented build threads (advise you start one) and the videos I take for the adverts. As long as there is evidence the car is serviced it will usually suffice - I know that many dealerships will toss the keys to the youngest lad in the workshop for the service, whereas go to somewhere like TGM, Horsham Dev of Sly and you are getting a much more experienced person on it. I know where I would put my money.
  15. What about this as a plan b, lower mileage, FSH, lower price, better mods... http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/113693-2008-08-hr-350z-for-sale-41000-miles/
  16. Those charts are really odd. Porsche in 2010 was 9th and the worst model a Boxster the best a 911. In 2011 it was suddenly 2nd with the 911 the worst model and Boxster the best. Also no one spot the 'Z' being the worst Nissan model in 2012? To me looks like hugely variable data with uneven/unmatched samples/bases year on year causing big changes in ranking.
  17. I was paying £600 a year TPFT in 1993 for my 1 litre beat up old VW Polo worth £275. £1500 for a V6 at 21 is not much at all in relative terms.
  18. The diagrams on that site are utterly shocking, should be sued for misleading consumers
  19. £15 is £15... It's nothing to turn your nose up at. Up here you could get a couple rounds for that, though I guess darn south you'd be lucky to get half a shandy. And for those of us (un)lucky enough to be in the higher tax bracket, that £15 becomes £25... It's not like it's harder to pay annually, if anything it's easier, why throw away money for nothing unless you have some desperate need or better use for that £300? I believe that is correct, but if you've already bought it, does that mean there is no tax on the vehicle now? Or is it currently SORN? Oh I am very astute with my money, and you are right £15 is not to be sniffed at. Although if that would make a big difference to the week I think anyone would be driving the wrong car Point really was that its often easier to spread the cost (how many posts on here about 'oh no its tax month, I am skint' etc) and manage money if your outgoings are consistent each month than having peaks and troughs. But hey as Stephanie said its all fine.
  20. DD monthly is 5% so if your tax is £300 per annum that £15 over the year extra you pay, which is about one seventh of a tank of petrol which is quite frankly something you do not blink an eye at. You mentioned that you specifically wanted to get paid post Christmas before paying tax so presumed that you were not in a situation to comfortably pay before that hence the monthly payment option being mooted.
