1. Make sure you ask for the triple centre gauge plates as well Black cat will do them for free if you ask.
2. Try these links to my threads about it. Some photos and videos there as well as lots of links to Gauge craft. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/69399-dashboard-bluered-led-conversion/page__st__40 http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/77399-dash-bose-led-change/
3. Yes from 3 different Nissan dealers I have also phoned a few more No one has the embroidered ones I'll try CMS but don't hold much hope.
4. I have sent back 3 sets and have yet to find the embroidered mats to replace mine. I dont want the transfer and the holes are too big. I dont want the transfer and the holes are too big. I dont want the transfer and the holes are too big. I dont want the transfer and the holes are too big. I am fed up of saying this to Nissan but unless you can find someone who has old stock then they dont make them anymore for the earlier cars..
5. Ill have a look 4 u later I have replaced mine for a black one.
6. Its not a feature on the later cars though.. Wonder why they removed it if its such a security feature?.......
7. Yes got a few left PM me for payment details
8. Still available just pm me and ill sort one out for you.
9. Try Iain M Banks Died last year so no more novels. He also writes fiction as iain Banks
10. I did all 4 of mine on the 370 today, Took about 3 hours on the drive with a break for a bit of lunch. The caliper bolts were not tight and came off fine with just a short bar. They are tighter now I've put them back on.
11. I ran mtec on m y 350 with no isssues. Just bed the pads in properly.
12. I just had comments from Mark at Abbey Motorsport that the Takeda Long CAI fitted to mine were much better than the Stillen on the Dyno. (Easier to tune) Sounds great too.
13. Different software that allows canban to start car, turn on headlights etc .remotly i dont beleive its written into the nissan code. But the steering lock wont help if the crook is that savvy anyway. i have a "no run map" on mine so it wont start ebven with a key, but again to the initiated that can be turned off easily.
14. Not sure he has removed the fuse yet but its the only real solution. Replace it with a blown one if your woried about insurance issues. The later models do not have a steering lock at all as even the modified part fails sometimes. IMO no need for a disclock as it wont start without a key, and anyway a steering lock takes seconds to break if you know what you are doing.
15. Wiggle and pull and repeat There is enough on the loom it comes out quite far when free
16. i just checked mine with a dealer i was driving past with the vin number. It came up as changed but i have removed the fuse as a precaution so it dosent go again which can happen. ,

370z uprev!

19. Yes traction control is adjustable for slip when turned off works on yaw and alows progressive slide I'll have a play when I get chance
20. Just an update on this.folks. I had the 370 on the dyno at Abbey on Sat for its Ecutek tune. Very happy with the service and Mark lent me a car so I could go and run an errand while it was being worked on. A quick trip to the south coast and back and I had new front and rear disks picked up ready to go on next week. Ill get the graphs up soon but the difference is noticable. Its now running a lot leaner than it was with a hub output of 313. This roughly equates to 353 ish at the fly taking the 40 loss through the drive train. Pretty good gains for CA intakes, hfc, and exhaust,.over stock. The better throttle response and higher torque output in the mid range really improve the pickup from 50 up in 3rd and 4th. It now revs a lot easier and where before the throttle would not blip but was laggish its now sharp and on a par with the auto blip on down change. Cheers Mark for a great service and great price.
