  1. I got 2 for 20 using the best offer.
  2. +1 but it depends on what you want it for. I'd take a nakamichi over an all singing dancing one. Nakamichi, dont often hear that brand from others most have never heard of it hmm i still have my mb75 best hu i ever had but looks like a cheap oem one but is simply amazing no stupid graphics displays just pure quality
  3. for any colour you want and cant get the powder in the colour or just a small part and not worth buying a box of powder for, you do a powdercoat primer fallowed by a waterbased paint in the colour you want followed by the powdercoat laquer
  4. does it have aftermarket speakers and amps fitted? as could be a fuse to the amps or the remote has blown or disconnected does it have OEM bose sub and speakers? if so how is the headunit connected to the bose equipment possibly blown the headunits onboard amp just a few of many possible things it could be
  5. As title Black Zed coming from Billericay stock direction turning on to the A12 London bound at the Galleywood Junction i was heading in direction you just came from.
  6. Im sure you will have great fun with this much easier than spraying i found when i had a go, when it comes to parts on show if you want a really deep shine try acrylic powders.
  7. But a good day to be a Welshman living in England
  8. When i had this before on my previous car it was constant when pulling away at any temperature and turned out to be a warped flywheel but from others post seems it a normal issue with the clutch you are using

  10. Thank you Thank You, slowly getting it to look like the image in my head Thank you Yeah no worries let me know what you want i will be happy to help you out (where you based?) Cheers mate, alot of it seems more complicated than it actually is its just getting your head around it, planning properly and a lot of research if unsure. Also alot is learning as i go I believe skills are dying out in this country, so i try to learn as much as i can from people while i can. Im currently teaching my mate how to things as he has just bought a zed I taught him how to change his brakes the other day and next he wants to learn how to service his car oil change etc, easy as these things sound to some to others that never done those types of things it can be very daunting, but after showing him how he can now do the brakes by himself and was suprised how easy it was and is eager to learn more, so if you ever want to learn and im available i will try help mate if you want to give things ago that is, as i know your just around the corner.
  11. well a head of you there whilst i like the idea of real gold look badges it wont go with the rest of the colour scheme i have planned so they are already black just not fitted yet

  16. Right a few bits to update, Sorry there will be lots of photos some not so great as i was using phone camera whole time First I would like to thank Steve 350Z and BulletMagnet for making this update possible. Right after a pleasant drive to Ipswich the other week on a nice afternoon, and after chatting away and looking at flip keys for most the afternoon i left with a K2 in the boot thanks to BM's generosity. This was quickly fixed (a small hole), then using my mates ramps fitted to the car to add to my berk HFC's and Miltek Y-pipe and will serve as my temporary exhaust. At the same time i gave the exhaust a quick clean and tucked the bumper. Next came the job i have been waiting about 5 months to do the refurb of my alloys so quick reminder i purchased these from Steve 350Z in autum last year and i got 3 very good condtion second hand alloys and one brand new. From here the sat under my bed until this month, when i decided the weather SEEMED to be improving and it was time to get them refurbed. The first stage was to give them a nice bath in acid to remove all the old paint from them. As i wanted to be there for the whole process it was a few days between the acid bath and the next stage so next up i put the wheels in the shot blasting cabnet and gave them a nice clean up. from here they were degreased washed dried and taken over to the oven for warming up. Once up to tempreture the wheels were primed in gloss black powder then baked at 200 for 20 minutes, after allowing to cool the wheels were ready to be put on the lathe, to probed and then diamond cut. after all four wheels were cut the rims were taken back over to the oven heated slightly and then laquered using an expensive high shine acrylic laquer then baked at 180. by the time all four wheels were cut and laquered it was getting late so we decided to call it a night and finish the last bits the following morning. So armed with my Nismo stickers and falken 453's i fitted up balanced applied the stickers and fitted the wheels to my car. Lastly i would like to thank Ash at www.paintituk.com for letting me help and working to 12:30 to get my wheels powdered, cut and laquered in one evening and doing a cracking job making my rims look like brand new now it just needs lowering so need to find a pair of rear springs anyone? and a set of brembos.
