I used to have a program on pc that generated the codes but can I find it now :-(

Apart from dealer any idea where to get this? Disconnected battery today and need to enter code now. It's a kuga if that makes a difference. The lease company helpfully gave me a blank card instead of one with code on

Telephone banking worked perfect for me when selling TVR and buying the zed. Funds were transfered and in the account straight away. Funds would not be transferred if the buyer had insufficient money to make the transfer so as far ad I know a safe and secure way to buy and sell.
