Yeah, Caroline was getting a bit concerned as they hadn't contacted us, which originally they promised to do. Anyway, she gave them a quick buzz and both confirmed our booking and that they wouldn't be contacting us again, so presumably they won't be needing a deposit . Good news is that I've convinced Caroline to drive her roadster up there, so that's one extra Zed Pete

Just an excuse to hike the price of an MOT. Most of those new regulations are completely unworkable, the only one Zed owners should be concerned about is 4.1.6 for those with after market front bumpers. I will contact my mate who has 30 years as an MOT tester and garage owner to see what he knows. Pete

Busters lights look like the 06 onwards facelift cluster covered in film. Those smoked lights on EBay look like 06 replicas or maybe a variant of the 06 look, they're very nice, not too dark , that company also does them in plain. I'd like to see some pics of these fitted (smoked or plain) if anyone has them. Pete

Look good on Buster's Zed Visibility would be my only concern. Pete

Where would you wedge the crowbar, I have recking bar, I wonder if that would work?. Yep, that'll work if its long enough, from what I remember, you put the spacer on tighten it up by hand then put the bar between 2 opposing studs with one end of the bar on the floor then torque it on (if you've done it right the hub should stay put) and yeah, I got a bit concerned when I saw Chris with this great big bar . Yeah, just fitted those, well actually ChrisS did it for me 20mm's on Standard Rays are a great fit, you just need a long crowbar to hold the front hubs in place or a second person to operate the front brakes. Pete

Think this may well be the last one, a couple of facelifts of the current model maybe. The only possibility is that they might downgrade it, a bit like Toyota did with the MR2 or, a smaller engine with a Turbo?? Pete
