  1. We are not talking figures to be held to ransom with here, I'm purely trying to demonstrate that a double replicated kit can run into a lot of money. Why is when i comment on certain issues, I always feel as I am having battle with certain members, followed by likes by the usual suspects ??????????
  2. Great progress buddy. Glad its all ok now.
  3. What was the make of the short shifter that broke recently buddy?
  4. Exactly my point........ What will it cost to get this double replicated kit fitted to an exceptable standard :scare: if the genuine McCoy is $3000/$4000 to fit, around £3000
  5. US guys have said around $4000 to have the genuine Greddy kit installed with paint and fitment plus another $4000 for the rims and tyres. If running Aventgarde or Work wheels $6500 with premium tyres.
  6. Hello and welcome along buddy
  7. Zmanalex had a set Si, and Buster is breaking a Z
  8. A good price, but its a copied mould, that has been taken from another copied mould not a genuine Greddy RB kit. Basically a repro off a repro so don't expect a perfect fit.
  9. Keep us posted buddy. you'll get there.
  10. Well done for trying buddy. Practice makes perfect
  11. Whenever I see another Z I always wonder if they are on this forum.
  12. Wow that pick up is rapid ... An awesome build buddy from start to finish. Very well done B) B)
  13. God.... I bet your heart was beating fast thinking it had been stolen
  14. You can get these in clear, also versions with led lights inbuilt buddy and loose the tint. They look great one fitted, and the lighter ones will complement the rays and the headlights
  15. I spoke to them last year before sourcing an engine from Clark Motorsport. They didn't give me any confidence especially when they didn't know the correct costings of their engines,, against what they were being advertised at. A cowboy outfit sprung to mind.
  16. Valve stem seals usually denotes the smokey issue, the knocking if it increases from say tick over, to 1500/2000 revs, then you are looking at the bottom end bearing, where a rebuild is required. Decent engines can be sourced for around £1200- £1500 depending condition and mileage, however a compression test is advisable. Engines can be fitted around £800-£1000. Hope all goes well.
  17. Are you getting a remap done once fitted buddy for the extra gain?
