    There's a few mobile repair people doing it now, search Google your area .

    Panel wipe (Degreaser) the area thoroughly, and the underside of spoiler, 3M double side tape the spoiler, stick spoiler to window, run a bead of tiger seal around outer spoiler edging, smooth with a wetted finger of panel wipe. Any surplus can be cleaned with panel wipe. If unsure of applying bead seal use masking tape then peel.
