  1. I'll just throw in the mix then; consider Falken 452s. I changed mine in November from the original Bridgestone and the difference is amazing. The wet weather grip is fantastic, ride is better and far less noise. Cheap too. Now enter someone about Vreds. Couldn't find any at the time I needed them Bradders.
  2. I really feel for you here, not a easy situation at all. This is blatant bullying and should not be tollerated, and causes un-necessary stress. We are all stressed enough without berks like this. Fact is if this clown acted like that in a big company, they would be out on their ear. Simple. MDs of small companies think these rules don't apply to them. Collate evidence and go to a tribunal is my advice. Of course proper legal advice is definately the way to go. Bradders
  3. Welcome. Is you are doing alot of motorway work the GT pack would be a good idea as it includes cruise control. Nurrish does a wicked Sat Nav by all accounts; far better than the factory one. Bradders.
  4. +1 This apparently works well. I've asked around my geeky colleagues and they say its ace. Bradders.
  5. Congrats Rich. I'm sure you will do very well having seen the quality of your work. Good luck in your new venture mate Bradders
  6. Ah I see so I could just be the doors frames actually frozen? Feel a bit better about that. The windows didn't drop no. Is this a problem? Bradders.
  7. Guys couldn't get into car this morning. Both locks fired ok, but the doors just wouldn't open at all. Nothing. Any ideas? Nicked the missus car as I couln't be bothered with AA this morning. I'm assuming its down to the -4C, as it never normally gets off the drive when it is that cold, but tell me otherwise. Bradders
  8. Did IAM a long time ago. Was ready to be passed to a Senior Instructor but something came up unexpectedly that took up time for nearly a year so never got round to test. Can recommend it to anyone though; definately a bonus with our cars for sure. "What if?" has saved me a few nasty bumps. Good luck with your test mate Bradders
  9. +1 with Rich on that. I changed mine out a month or so ago to 452 from the OEM Bridgestones on advice from the guys and gals here. Not alot of money. Got 4 wheel alignment done too and the handling is far more secure and responsive, wet weather especially. Reckon its the best upgrade you can make to a Z imo Bradders.
  10. Curiously it has a n '09 plate on it Bradders.
  11. Get a nunchuk for both. Might wanna consider Rayman and the Raving Rabbits, its an ace party game; should be a cheap buy too now. Even my missus likes it. Bradders.
  12. Pm sent Bargain those Woody, hope you managed to them as I spent £480 on a new set myself a few weeks back. Bradders.
  13. I'm coming over all nostalgic now for Saturday morning TV! I feel lucky being a kid when this time of the week was like a religion, and well worth getting out of bed for. Where on there tinterweb can you find stuff like Star Fleet, Terrahawks and Battle of the Planets stuff? Need to watch some tonight, I just must! Bradders
  14. Got to be the S4. Nice and subtle, plus has the 4wd for surefootedness Hang on why do I have a Z then! Bradders
  15. I've never had to. Always wondered if it was me not being able to read a dip stick very well, but now I'm happy if I'm not the only one. Doesn't seem to be a big oil burner then. Bradders.
  16. Agree on all the economy comments. Don't buy this type of car if you are worried about fuel uasge. To be frank, and please don't take offense, its a silly question. It has a 3.5 litre V6 petrol, it will never be a frugal car, no matter how you drive it. It'll drive you potty watching the fuel gauge all the time. Not only that you won't enjoy it. What's the point in have a car like this if you can't open the taps when you want. Accept it for what it is and then you will fall in love every morning when you hear that V6 bark into life I know I do. Bradders.
  17. I'm with Admiral on multicar too. Z renewed last month and need to add the missus Swift on this month. All told it's less than what I was quoted to renew with Chris Knott for just the Z. From what I've seen so far the service has been excellent. And believe me I know a good contact center when I see one. Bradders.
  18. Liking that look alot. Very mini GTR indeed. Now Paintshop that sign out! Bradders.
  19. Just keep PM ing the Mods and they'll soon send you one. Two or three times a day should do it, that's how I got mine. They might tell you they don't exist. Ignore that; it's a test. Bradders.
  20. +1 My hears are still ringing 2 week later Bradders
  21. Nice I have the black face with the solid arms. Hope you got the automatic Bradders

  23. Don't force it! You can do some serious damage. Someone less of an idiot with a spanner, Me that is, will be along soon Bradders
  24. I'd be inclined to get a mk 3 Golf GTI; practical, reliable and built like a tank. Bradders
