I did this job on my own by pulling the wipers away from the window then, after removing the nut, it is just a case of wiggling the arm free and is quite easy. No pullers required. read...viewtopic.php?f=10&t=59383

I have removed the DVD and mini disk player from behind the seats - do you have the storage compartments to put in place or complete covers for the holes left. See pic...
