  2. As Lexx said for Planning Ebized is the local expert, and it's Ioneabe for Building Control and little old me for Structural and Architectural matters ... Yes I'd consider an appeal too in which case I can put you in touch a colleague who will deal with this.
  3. Thanks for everything Lex ... met you once at the lakes do and found out what a gentleman you are ... hope to see you again Cheers H

  5. Just bought myself a new amp for Christmas ... Marshall MG50CFX Not fired it up yet but it's now in place in my ManCave ... should be loud enough
  6. But it's £20K
  7. Alfa 6C to get 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 from the Ghibli It should still deliver a thrilling drive, though, with a highly-tuned version of the Ghibli’s 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 under the bonnet (hence the 6C name). We already know this engine will produce between 480bhp to 520bhp in the Giulia Quadrifoglio Verde and we can expect a similar output here, pushing it close to Jaguar F-Type Coupe V8 R and Porsche 911 Turbo territory.
  8. let's face it everyone ... the 997.2 design is a classic from an aesthetic point of view ... and the fact that it's got a good engine and hydraulic steering will make it the one to buy for the foreseeable future until silly Porsche prices settle down
  9. New Disco ??? ...horribly unaesthetic lump of sh!te ... my cousin's leased one and he's hated it from day 1 check yersen before makin' those types of statements

  11. OK Alex Let's agree to disagree on this one... I do know that it cost me £2500 to form my conclusion having changed lots of parts on my 350 before I found the solution to knocking over small undulations at low speed ... knowing a bit about engineering (structural rather than dynamic mechanical admittedly), I worked out that the only time that the compression rods were in ... errr ...compression, was when the car was being driven forward with the brakes applied and that led me to conclude that the diagnosis for ball joint failure could only be found by the method above I did all this about 3 or 4 years into my Zed ownersship which would make it about the end of 2007 Cheers anyway ... I do respect your knowledge on all things Nissan
  12. post #3 01/06/10 and post #7 Beat that Alex
  13. I usually poo myself whilst going for a drive :coat:
  14. Yep that's right ... my theory though not Alex's ... if it stops whilst braking (but maintaining speed) it's the ball joint on the banana bar
  15. Is that knocking too ?
  16. It's the only way ... you know it makes sense ...
  17. Sounds like the ball joint ... new compression arm required ... lots of threads on this search Bananabar ... £250 plus fitting
  18. MPS4S fitted 235 35 R19 front 305 30 R19 Rear First impressions ? - a lot quieter than the Conti's
  19. Yes it would davey boy ... it would confirm when in 2006 it was registered

  22. Maybe it should be "We've all learned a lesson" (my granddaughter used to say "doneded" when she was learning how to speak when younger)
