Totally agree, when he was going about jeremy and madame tussauds bored me to tears! tonights episode was worse that fast and furious 6 i find Hammond reminds me of a part of the monte python film the holy grail.

what a total load of pants this show has become. tonight episode has been worse than the one with the hot hatches.

probably the easiest way would be to weld 2 decent sized plates to the boot floor with a captive bolt and then bolt the harness bar to that.

Looks cool, going by the reading of that article then you would be able to use any smartphone along as you had the app installed which is a good thing. hopefully not too expensive as well.

Good read, how dirty was the inside of your plenum? i changed my drivers side cam cover at christmas and cleaned out my throttle body and both upper and lower plenums, the thing i had most difficulty with was getting the wiring harness out of the way to get the new one in.

Depends where it bolts in and with what bolts, as at the end of the day, seat belts are just bolted in. It's bolted into the top and bottom seatbelt bolt holes. It's almost identical to the Sparco harness bar for the 350z which HUNDREDS of people have used successfully and a few have crashed in the states. It similar but the sparco has more of a sweeping bend in it to take it further back and it also seems to sit a lot lower so it's just above the speakers so you get a better angle on the belts it's also probably thicker gauge steel, I wouldn't like to trust something that could potentially be so important on something that's not sold as and I'm presuming never tested and approved as a harness bar. If you wanted one I personally would go to a company that makes custom cages and get them to knock up something along the lines of this. You can't use that as a harness bar, well I say can't but I wouldn't. It doesn't have the strength in it that a full cage would have and I wouldn't fancy putting something as serious as a seatbelt onto that which just bolts in, I think it's just ridgidity

I thought they could only be programmed once to one car?

Its not that simple with JDM's they work on a different bandwidth to the uk's so getting hold of them in the first place is nigh on impossible.

im guessing you havent seen world time attack championships and the aero they run Mental evo's with a million canards and double deck spoilers and HUGE front lips! Oh and massive wheel arch aero. That stuff is cool!! Thats the first time I've ever seen it, I think I'm showing my age as i don't like them. Surely the length of them diffusers and all them canards must create crazy amounts of drag.

My zed is an 03 import and only has 1 key, this is a problem as getting a spare key for a JDM is pretty much impossible, so thats got me thinking, can i buy a barrel and door lock from a UK zed with 2 keys and get it coded to work with mine? I know its possible on my alfa as thats how i got around not having to buy a spare key for that. Any help would be appreciated,

that thing just smacks of someone who hasn't a clue about aerodynamics. (not that i do) Id be embarrassed turning up to an event in that
