I'm sure some zeds have problems with the window motors. Make sure they are sealing when the doors are shut. Boot gas struts, sometime they like to drop. Cracks at the exhaust flange joints. Gearbox synchro problems once warmed up, think it was 5th to 6th I may stand corrected. Gearchange 1st to 2nd is notchy when cold** this is normal. Anymore I can think of I'll post up

basic equation... power=voltage x current so the current = power/voltage so for example... basic lamp = 12v power= 55w current? so 55w/12v = 4.5 amps approx xenon lamp=15000v power= 35w current? so 35w / 15000v = 0.0023 amps... i dont know what the input voltage of the transformer/ballast is but regardless the lamp power is less in theory this is correct but im unsure of the exact values and if theres a current load on the transformer/ballast 12v supply side

higher voltage means lower current rating, ie smaller fuse

the oil cooler sandwich plate is thermostatic so only opens when its needed. what u see on the dash is the water temperature, not the oil

lol, are you talking about risking the insurance not paying or crashing because of the remap?? Perhaps you should take advanced driving lessons instead of a remap next time? Lol mate I was 19yr old driving a 225hp mini cooper s that would have shat all over the zed. Plenty of performance lessons under the belt now
