i was talking to some of the guys i used to work with in currys and they were saying that they have been told if they dont up thier game and have the figures to support they would be disciplined then sacked so glad i dont work in sales anymore. there is no excuse for being crap, its not a difficult job tbh i did it for various things for 6 years and never had a problem and was always complimented.

A46 guess if im leaving late for work i will be late for work then, no catching up time there. tbh though they sit on the same bridge down from my house at the same time on the same days, its totally pointless its trying to catch commuter traffic, all of which know its there. The A46 is a commonly sped on road and i dont mind being forced to go slower, makes feck all difference on time and saves me fuel.

a skoda dealership was the best i ever had, i didnt purchase a year extended warranty with the car but tbh i didnt need to, every problem i ever had they fixed for free, i used to take tyres i'd bought off of the net and they'd fit them for free aswell nissan = good toyota = rubbish but was an arnold shark ford = terrible, lied etc. i get ignored all the time in car dealerships, i always go in with baggy ripped jeans with student style t-shrt or hoody on and skate style shoes. they blank me completely. before i bought the zed i was seriously considering a new focus RS but after the ignorant salesman i could suffer ford no longer.

bugger, ya got me gently pushing it against the gate is pushing iit on the synchro in my mind. i dont have any problem shifting down to second as long as i rev match it tbh. i imagine you can get the synchros changed but i really dont want to foot the bill for that, its prob as much as a gearbox in labour cheers mate, will do

tbh i dont think it takes a mechanic to know its a synchro problem. there is no change problems when rev matching, ie. leaving the revs to sink down before engaging 6th. i rekon the 2nd gear one isnt as noticable cos i usually rev match it anyway, probably keeps it alive a little longer. if i need a gear box change how bout a race gearbox instead soo expensive i would think.

this is the third time ive typed this so i'll summarise. Gear box fu**ed whats new block change to 6th grinds before going in all the time 2nd sometimes grinds all when warm. will phone extended warranty people when i get a chance. how much hassle is it going to be to get a new one form the extended warranty people do you think?
