im not sure exactly; but not as much as i'd like, would have designed in myself or expected! if you have aftermarket LED dome lights that would help lots and i reckon that's where i went wrong as i didn't realise it would be so sensitive. i had the oem bulbs in at the time meaning the current draw was too high. if it were a cheap module i would say crack on but it is a fair old wad of cash. I would love to have got it to work on mine, hence me being so determined. I did some reading from others who have burned out the same bit in the same way.

I didnt get anything wrong. I didn't short it whatsoever, it simply isnt designed to take the extra loading and hence i wont sell anything that is powered through this method as it isnt a cheap fix.

  17. Love my iPad... Used it for looking at the service manuals all day yesterday when I was doing my fluid changes... But, as Sparky says... where would it fit in the car? custom made housing unit in place of the headunit and cubby hole ? not seen one in the flesh so not sure on the exact size your right paul, it would fit in place of both cubby and head unit. my question would be if you could cheekily fit a single din under it also...

    Engine swap

i suppose that is another aspect, that you have no engine to begin with.

    Engine swap

i suppose with the HR you have more potential with FI on stock components. but then as soon as you want to go past this would you have been better to have just picked up a bundle of forged bits for your current motor? I can see why you would do it on a track car or just to be different but if its because you fancy a bit more power in your daily i think its a bit nuts.
