I am no expert but wouldn't think there was much in it. If you compare IanS16 to Nurrish's results you will see the difference. Ian is on the Nismo ECU and Nurrish is on the stock. Can't remember the mods they both have but pretty sure they are similar and both running just over 300bhp ATF and in the region of 290tq I think (think Nurrish may have less tq). Very similar results on 2 different ECUs.

Its cost about £230 delivered. you really feel the benefits in 2nd and 3rd when you put your foot down. It pulls more and feels smoother. Think you will get more tq than hp with this mod. When you going to RSTuning. I am trying to get in on 15th Aug but they are looking at an UpRev that day so not sure if I will be able to get in. Here is hoping though!!!

Nice one, might pop in on Thursday as I am over to have an exhuast fitted by CS. They have some good kits in and seem reasonably priced. Plus I like buying from a place that fits so that they know it will fit!!

Was this a good recomendation or bad, look at these in the past.

You can feel the extra power through the midrange. Not sure until I get the car dyno'd again the exact increases though. Its very easy to fit. Un-screw some bolts, remove some hoses, slide in spacer and then re-attach. Only thing to be careful of is overtightening the bolts. I fit mine in about 1.5 hours.

It was around £230 delivered from Envy a trader on here. I don't think you can keep the standard strut brac with 1/2" spacer but it gives slightly more tq I believe. Sure someone will confirm.

It's hard to describe. Feels smoother and definitely feel it has more pull in the mid range. Will see what it's done when I get Dyno'd again.

I pick up the plenum next week. Just couldn't wait to fit the spacer!!! should also be getting the exhaust fitted early next week.

Thanks Sarah . Just spoke to Gaz and he said that they are optional and general not fitted on UK cars. I am just always worried when I have extra bits left over!!! Thanks again.

Cheers Maccaman , thought that was the case which is why I didn't fit it but just wanted to check. Any thoughts on the Thermal gasket? I didn't understand this bit but it does say you can leave the stock one in. I am only bothered about fitting this if its going to make a difference in performance but if not I will leave it.

Just received my plenum spacer from Envy performance and decided to fit it this morning. Just a couple of questions though for people that have one of these. What does the Coolant Control Valve do and does it need fitting as part of this kit? I haven't fitted this as of yet as I wasn't sure if it was required. There are other bits in the kit that don't need fitting to my car (53 JDM) like the Thermal Aramid Manifold Gasket (or not that I could figure from the instructions anyway!!). Although I think this is below the lower plenum and I didn't do anything with this. Should this have been done as it seems to say in the instructions this is for the MREV2. Also are the guiding pins meant to be totally removed as they are redundent once the spacer is fitted. Thanks for the help chaps. Grant

Hey everyone, my windows seem to appear to have stopped dropping when I open the doors. They are trying to go up when the doors shut but obviously don't do much as they haven't dropped in the first place. Both passenger and drivers side are doing the same. Does anyone have any ideas why this may be or how to fix them to go down again? Thanks Grant
