  1. Dam I should have put this up for more!!! First come, first served at the moment (its only fair to SunGodRA as he jumped on it first). Something tells me there won't be a need for any dibs though unfortunately, sorry.
  2. Got a Plenum spacer waiting to be delivered (bought a spare plenum to do something with polish/powdercoat), fitting K2 once spacer is fitted and then heading up to Leeds for an Ecu re-flash. You know nothing much!!!! Just hiding all the credit card and bank statements, just using the recession as my excuse to her indoors!!!
  3. Nice mate, looks . Seems most of that standard mods have already been done for you as well so you already have a head start (lucky you!!). Maybe just an alloy wheel change as I have been told those stock alloys wheel a ton and having changed one the other day I can say its true!! I want to change mine for some lighter ones as well when I have the money!!
  4. Give it a while and a bet a Mod here and there slips on!! I have just asked Ian to get the next meet sorted out but not sure whether it will be a rolling road one this time. Glad you have got one mate, and hope you're happy with it. Get some pictures up soon.
  5. to the club. Nurrish would be the best man to speak to I think.
  6. Provisionally sold to SunGodRA. Thanks.
  7. Nurrish is doing a custom Sat Nav, check the for sale section. I have one of his units in my JDM and it's a really good piece of kit. Check it out and see what you think. Welcome to the club by the way.
  8. You can get the fitting instructions on the Envy website. The unit is for sale at £225 on their website (not £250 as previously stated). It depends ho handy you are with reading wiring diagrams and handling a soldering iron. I am pretty useless at both so would be a someone else job!!! At the end of the day if you don't wire it up right you just put the wires back, thats my moto generally!!
  9. Cheers Jay, This is the Type 3 (pre-setup) version which is currently going for around £250 on Fleabay.
  10. I have an HKS Speed Limit Defencer for sale. This is the type for a manual JDM to take away the 113mph electronic top speed limit. Looking for around the £100 mark if anyone is interested. Thanks Grant
  11. That is very impressive. Wasn't impressed you kept texting me the power increases and rubbing it in!!!! So how does it feel to drive now compared to when you went up? Spill the beans. Does it sound any different or just feel different? So want to get mine done now!!
  12. Congrats matey, they are immense systems aren't they. I thankfully live close enough to Nurrish (he might not say thankfully!!! ) for him to fit it for me. I want to get mined wired up to the tape deck of the Bose as well, might have to tap Nurrish again!!! Hope you enjoy as much as I have been.
  13. Maybe thats we had to wait so long for the 2nd cup of tea when doing the seat swap, he couldn't get the lid off the teabag jar!!! I shouldn't say anything though as I tried to get it off the first time with him!!!
  14. Currently just sat on here as I am waiting for a taxi to take me to the airport to come home. Flight isn't until 6:20 so got nothing better to do!!!
  15. Just popped out for lunch and across the road wa a black roadster with GT4 alloys. Only the 2nd Zed I have seen this week in Dublin.
  16. For me personally mileage and history has always been the selling point. I am not particularly bother about the year if the history and mileage is good. If the 03 does have after Market exhaust and Rays then you save yourself money by not having to buy them (presuming you were going to buy Rays and aftermarket exhuast) and then £500 to play with new mods as well. On the other hand having a year younger car for the same price is a good deal. Oh yeah you wanted a decission didn't you, ops!!!!!!!
  17. Nice work mate, bet you take the longest route home!!
  18. Unless you accidentally get someone pregnant!!!
  19. I think its just to do with the heat that they conduct but I could be wrong. The more expensive ones will sty cooler and there give you lower engine temps and keep the air cooler. I could be totally wrong though!!
  20. I would say that sounds pretty pricey. The headunit is pretty easy to install but not sure about the reversing camera. be brave!!
  21. I have a few odd jobs round the house I need doing if you don't have anything to do!!!
  22. Will more than likely be stronger than most aftermarket plenums (although not the spacer and stock). Plus I believe its coming with a gaurantee.
  23. If you want to hold off a little there is a carbon plenum with moulded spacer being produced based on the stock plenum and spacer. Its going to cost £250 which is only about £20 more than a spacer alone, then you get to sell your spare plenum. Other than that you are looking at trying to get a 2nd one!!
  24. Sound advice. I personally would go for option 3 as like said above it will last a lot longer and possibly mean less costs in the future. Only you can decide at the end of the day though.
  25. There is an ECU reset guide in the guides section.
