  1. It's the back plastic strip that protects the underside of the bumper from being scratched that is missing. Also I was convicted that the bumper was held on by plastic rivits like you said, not nuts and bolts that are now visible when you look at the front of the car. I need pictures so I can prove what should be there and how it it's all held together. It's not hanging off or anything, just unsightly. Not what I expect when my car comes back from a garage! This is the 3rd time (and last!!) that's it's been to the garage to be "repaired" after a coach reversed into the front and just damaged the bumper slightly since Xmas. Thanks for your help in advance
  2. Hi guys and girls. Hope you can help. I need a picture of the underneath of the front bumper on a standard car (350z - roadster if poss). Long story short, my car went in for a bumper repair and I think the garage have f**ked it up. I need to see how the front bumper is attached at the bottom and also a picture of the black plastic strip that is underneath the bumper too. Basically the black strip is now missing and the bumper is being held on with nuts and bolts at the bottom. (This is the last of a long list of problems I've had with them) Please, please help so I can kick arse with my insurance company!!
  3. Cheers for that - surprised i missed that thread considering how much time i spend on this forum reading posts!! Always good to remind people of a good cause
  4. Please check out my Movember page - even if just for a damn good laugh. http://mobro.co/MattRocky All donations welcome - no matter how large or small. The Photo was last years effort. Photo's of this years effort to follow
  5. Hi guys n' girls, I was just wondering if anyone else on this forum is taking part in Movember? I've been doing it for the past 4 years (although the 1st couple of years i did tacheback - which has now combined with Movember) For those of you that don't know about it - it's a charity for the male cancers - prostate and testicular cancer. Men can do the most manly of all manly things and grow a mostache for the month of Novemeber. Here's my page: http://mobro.co/MattRocky The photo on my Movemeber page was last years effort (a whole 25 days worth of growth!) Please feel free to donate to an amazing cause!! As much or as little as you wish to give. Thanks in advance. Official Blurb: During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces in the UK and around the world. The aim of which is to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men. On Movember 1st, guys register at Movember.com with a clean-shave face and then for the rest of the month, these selfless and generous men, known as Mo Bros, groom, trim and wax their way into the annals of fine moustachery. Mo Sistas are the women who register to support the men in their lives, raising funds by seeking sponsorship for their Mo-growing efforts. Mo Bros effectively become walking, talking billboards for the 30 days of November and through their actions and words raise awareness by prompting private and public conversation around the often ignored issue of men’s health. At the end of the month, Mo Bros and Mo Sistas celebrate their gallantry and valor by either throwing their own Movember party or attending one of the infamous Gala Partés held around the world by Movember, for Movember.
  6. I drive luxury and prestige cars all day long. In our fleet we have a number or 4x4's. Merc ML, Porsche, range rover sport, Vogue and BMW X5 & x6. The best one is the range rover sport in my opinion. I would definitely get that over all the others!!
  7. Last gig = Foo fighters Last album aquired = Foo fighters - Wasting Time
  8. Just to warn you, I asked about pads and discs at a Nissan dearlership yesterday -and nearly fell over when they told me the price...... ...... You sitting down? ....... Approx 1600 quid!!!!!
  9. I'm going to be getting mine done next week too. I've been quoted £249 from WLMG Nissan in Shepperton. And i thought that was expensive. Anywhere else i should take my beloved Zed? Been told spark plugs should also be changed - that would be about another 250-300 quid including labour!! Think they will have to wait, till i have more money and i can find somewhere else to do them!
  10. Think they started charging for parking this year, as it always used to be free. I only live 10 mins from Thorpe park and when I was younger, me and a few mates used to have annual passes. We used to pop down there after school just for a burger king as it used to he the closest one to us
  11. I can honestly say that it had nothing to do with me
  12. Ha ha ha. Don't think the passenger would be too happy! I'll have to give it a try tomorrow when i try and get some new tyres
  13. So you're telling me that if you get a flat tyre and you have a passenger in the car, then you're f**ked?!?! Are you supposed to leave your alloy wheel by the side of the road??? Who the hell designed that??????
  14. Ha ha ha - love it!! Tried my name 1st - worked well Then tried randon explitives - Genius!!
  15. Hi guys and girls, Well after a bad day at work, it then got even worse. On the way home i got a flat!! Thought the car was feeling strange, then someone waved me down and i pulled over - Rear tyre completely flat!!! In fact it was smoking!! Gave a mate a call to come out and see if we could pump it up enough just to get home. No chance!!! So it was the case of changing it at the side of the M25. Glad he did come out - after we changed it, tried to put the flat in the boot and it didn't seem to fit!?! WTF!! (had to stick it in the boot of his Astra VXR) Surely this can't be right?? Please note, i've got a roadster and they're standard wheels (non Rays). Can anyone confirm that the rears should fit back in the car?? Now i need to get some new tyres (gonna replace both rears) - Any suggestions as to what tyres i should get??
