  1. Training your legs is a very important part of any exercise routine. One session working your legs can burn energy all night while you are sleeping and recoverying. Although its not ideal for your knees running is still one of the best forms of exercise, especially paired with swimming. When I used to Thai-box religiously everyone was after a six pack. They would do millions of sit-ups and my trainer would just send me out running. Everyone has the muslces that make a six pack, you just have to get rid of the sh*t thats around it!! Also for grip and forearms couldn't agree more with a power ball and climbing. You will have forearms like Popeye (or Husky) in no time!! A would highly recommend a martial art though, never been as fit as when I used to Thai-box.
  2. to the club. No real difference in performance, insurance isn't that much more either as I have a JDM import.
  3. I have this fitted and was one of the first mods I made. As biscuit has said the carbon lid isn't the best but thats all I can fault it on really. Really easy to fit and for the money a good piece of kit. The usual K&N quality is present in my opinion.
  4. No problem, just drop me a PM usually knocking around somewhere!!
  5. I think you should put supercharged and your BHP on the Saxo instead!!!!!
  6. I have seen Gunmetalzgt and its a nice motor, got some nice little carbon touches. Good luck with the hunt and give me a shout if you need any advice or want to play in a Zed as I am only down the road in Leamington.
  7. If you want to check that it wasn't beginners luck you can come and do mine, it's in a right state!!!
  8. Did they not send you the new insurance document though? When I tried to renew my tax on the Zed it said I wasn't insured. When I contacted them they hadn't changed the number plate as I was on the previous owners private plate until the switched it to their new car. So my reg was bringing up a Jag XKR instead of the Zed. I had all the paper work in my email though thankfully in case I was pulled.
  9. I have had the exact same as well. Just put it back up and then drop it again. Going to get mine all greased up soon although I don't think I will need it down anytime soon!!!
  10. to the forum. Defo on the pictures front please!!
  11. It will probably be like that in the summer for the first gear change. Nothing to really worry about though. Oh yes and to the forum!!
  12. I was in a blade Ka in the centre of Warwick but I think I am clutching at straws now!! You would probably not miss a V3 GM roadster!!
  13. Drop him a PM, I have a bodykit sprayed and fitted by him.
  14. There seem to be loads in Leamington. I don't think any of them are on the forum though. I was just talking about this at the meet on Sunday. I never get a spotted!!
  15. I was speaking to someone about this at the weekend, we both described what you are saying. Think it is a common thing, but this is just my experience along with another couple.
  16. You could try speaking to CS, only down in Leicester and has dome really good contacts.
  17. Oh dear, should have gone to spec savers!!!
  18. I also love these cars. This one looks amazing. I nearly smacked someone the other day when they said it looked like a kitted Nova!!!!
  19. I totally agree that it looks the muts nuts. Got one of these on my roadster, nice purchase especially if you have a black roadster.
  20. Yeah my rear bumper is a JDM rear and its in GM.
  21. The most annoying thing is that the general staff don't get the bonuses. I used to work for HSBC for 11 years and you never got any decent bonuses unless you were a London City worker!!!
  22. Nice work Nurrish, someone has grabbed a billy bargain and it means you can stop tempting me with it now!!!
  23. Saw a GM coupe outside Tower Court in Cov today. Was it you?!?
