Its pretty easy. I wired mine into my side lights without any troubles. Once you remove the wheelarch liner you have everything you need to splice into the lights. Fairly quick and easy job.

I had the same thing with Adrian Flux albeit the other way round mine is a JDM and they had it down as a UK. It was only £60 difference but a quick call sorted it out. Yeah with C Knott you have to be a certain age and have experience of a rear wheel drive car. Try Adrian Flux though as I used confused.com and then they beat the cheapest quote. Not good if you want to leave though as I don't think they give you any refund on your premium!!

Insurance companies basically suck and don't know the different between a 350z and FairladyZ. The difference is probably because they think its an import and you get charged more for a JDM. You may need to go to an insurance company that knows the car and you tell them its a UK car. Have you tried Chris Knott on here?

It may have been an 03 import but registered in the UK after March 05. That would still then be in the higher tax.

The tax will depend on the year. I have a 53 plate and my tax for the year has just come in at £190 for the year. Anything after March 06 (??) will be in the new higher tax. If you are looking at imports it will depend on when the car was registered in the Uk for road tax purposes.

Anyone seen the Fastcar mag? There is a Zed on the front cover, just wondering if anyone knows if its one from the forum. Haven't got the mag and only saw it quickly in the shop. Looked matt black with a splitter and very low!!!!

umm, i'm just not mounting one at all, and leaving the plate in the window lol, how legal is that? I have been driving round with mine in the window for a while, as long as it is on show you should be fine for a while. I am having some 'L' brackets in the mouth of the V3 using the number plate double side sticky strips. Having a smaller than legal plate but not stupidly small as to get attention from the fuzz. It will have to be one p'd off copper to pull me for it!!

Thats a pretty good journey in a year. Nurrish's spending is very infectious as well which is what worries me more!!! It always seems to cost me money to see Dave, he is like a 350z whore!!!
