Did they not send you the new insurance document though?
When I tried to renew my tax on the Zed it said I wasn't insured. When I contacted them they hadn't changed the number plate as I was on the previous owners private plate until the switched it to their new car. So my reg was bringing up a Jag XKR instead of the Zed. I had all the paper work in my email though thankfully in case I was pulled.
I have had the exact same as well. Just put it back up and then drop it again. Going to get mine all greased up soon although I don't think I will need it down anytime soon!!!
There seem to be loads in Leamington. I don't think any of them are on the forum though. I was just talking about this at the meet on Sunday. I never get a spotted!!
I was speaking to someone about this at the weekend, we both described what you are saying. Think it is a common thing, but this is just my experience along with another couple.
The most annoying thing is that the general staff don't get the bonuses. I used to work for HSBC for 11 years and you never got any decent bonuses unless you were a London City worker!!!
I have the K2 fitted. Looks exactly like the stock tailpipes. Sounds very similar at idle and low revs, slightl deeper tone. When you get above about 3.5k revs it starts to sound amazing!!!
MartinMac has been having some problems with his roof. Check out his thread about it.
Unfortunately its the time of year us roadster owners feel the weather. The other day my roof stoped just before fully dropping into its resting place and the cover not coming down. After I put it back up and then down again it went down fine. Just doesn't like the freezing weather unfortunately. Might need some grease on some of the moving parts to help it.
I tend to not notice the roof not working during the winter unless I washing the car and need to put it down to wash the back. Unless its a major issue it should work fine once the warmer weather arrives!
Thats right just need to know of the depth....alex had a spare plenum spacer laying around i will send him a pm
Just need to make sure they are all the same. I can't remmeber off the top of my head whether there are two different sizes for the front and back. I know the bolts are but not sure about the spacers!!
Will you need to know what thickness spacers/washers you will need. They are only plastic spacers aren't they at the end of the day to stop it from pulling itself down in the middle and doing a Husky. Could always whip my plenum off and see if we can find anything with the same depth and thread.
Not sure what else to suggest unless you can get your hands on some spare spacers.
sorry but we just had a great laugh in the office about NYLATRON
We know not his name... all we know... he is NYLATRON
far too much time on your hands Husky!!!!!!!
