  3. Just tried looking for mine but it looks like Google haven't updated that area yet ... My office building isn't even built according to Google Maps ... There's just alot of open space and construction going on ...
  4. Welcome to the club Don't worry you're not going mad ... I've owned my Zed for almost a year now and still look forward to driving it every morning ... Take it easy in this weather if you are driving it ... there's been a few members who haven't been so lucky ... I'm still driving it in the snow but being extra careful ...

  6. +1 Some people think that Protein powders are a wonder drug that can give you lots of muscle ... the reality is that they are only there to help get protein and carbs to your muscles FAST ... which is exactly what you need after a workout ... They will do nothing for you if you aren't eating correctly for the rest of the day ... You've gotta think about what's more important ... the 1 hour at the gym, or the other 23 hours in the day where you eat and rest ...

  12. That's very lucky mate ..glad you got away alright ... I've read a lot of threads recently where people have had crashes in their zeds ... I've been extra careful recently ... Really can't wait for summer so that I can start driving the Zed how it's meant to be again!
  13. The most annoying thing about getting a six pack is maintaining it ... I usually just change my diet and workouts around 4 - 6 weeks before going on holiday to get my abs looking their best ... apart from that I don't really care about having a bit of extra fat ...

  15. hmmm .. kind of strange since you have power ... usually a blown fuse or bad earth would mean no / intermittent power ... are you sure the head unit was working properly prior to installation ?
  16. LoL .. I've seen one of these before .. there's a guy with one on his drive not too far from me ... Very unsightly!

I've only just started doing legs workouts a few months now ... it's really difficult at first because you're not used to the pain .. but after a few weeks it's the same as every other muscle .. you can feel that you've worked them but they don't ache as much ... I was advised by a friend who is a long time bodybuilder that legs are VERY important to your overall muscle growth ... as they are the biggest muscle in your body they produce the most amount of growth hormones after a killer workout ... so working legs can actually make you bigger overall ... I started with light squats and it's amazing how quickly you can improve just by going regualrly and eating right ... I love working abs ... but don't really hammer them until about spring though ... There's no point for me anyway as during the winter months I mainly concentrate on adding weight .. I'm already looking forward to March so that I can introduce more cardio into my workout and getting rid of the excess weight ...
  18. I've been hitting the gym hard this week ... I wasn't able to go over Christmas and New Years due to illness but thankfully I'm feeling back to normal now ... I've been changing my workouts around a bit so that I keep my body guessing ... it's defintely working but takes a lot of time to notice any major improvements ... At the moment I'm splitting my days like: 1.Back & Tri's 2. Legs & Abs 3 Chest & Bi's 4. Day Off 5. Shoulders & Traps 6. Cardio 7. Day Off I used to do chest and tri's but always found that I wasn't able to get a proper work out on my tri's as they were slightly worked out from my chest exercises ... doing bi's means that the muscle is fresh and I can get a lot more out of it .. The main thing without a doubt though .. Is your diet! You can spend all the hours of the day in the gym but if you're not eating right, then you're not going to make the progress and gains you want ...

  21. I haven't really been using them as I was worried that something like that might happen .... but still can't stop the window trying to go down when I open the door .... my mirrors wouldn't even fold out a few days ago ... I had to help them along a bit ...
