I've been enjoying the last few days .. but I'm back in on Tuesday and Wednesday ... Atleast it won't be soo much of a shock to the system when I'm back in on the 4th January ...

Well I tried the CD Player today as it's been a few days since the last attempt and the weather has since picked up slightly ... It worked first time! I'm gonna put it down to the cold weather as there's no other rational explanation for it ... especially since I haven't even done anything about it ... Either way I'm glad it's sorted itself out as I didn't really want to have to spend any money on the headunit at the moment ...

Hi, Does anyone know what the model number is for the standard fit alarm and immobiliser that is fitted to a UK Zed? I've never really looked into the functionality and security it offers and was curious ... Cheers

I've been working all this week too ... I did have last week off though .... Decided it was better to work this week as no-one is really in so I do nothing all day anyway ... Got to work half day tomorrow and then I'm back in on Tuesday ...

Just paid £215 for mine a few weeks back ... I've got an 2004 UK Zed ... Not too bad considering I was paying £180 for my FTO GPX ...

I got some fairly cheap Aero wipers from eBay and have been happy with the cleaning performance .. I've not used the PIAA ones yet though so could be missing out big time ... LoL

Hope it all works out ok for you mate .... I've been worried about the driving conditions all week especially since I got stuck on Friday on a hill for a while ... Hope this weather sorts itself out soon ... I'm not enjoying driving too much at the moment ...

I've currently got the Nissan Birdview system in my zed but hardly use it as it's not very user friendly ... I'm probably gonna go down the nurrish system route too in the new year sometime ...

I hope so ... It's not the worst thing in the world anyway ... could be just the excuse I need to upgrade to something better

I drove to a friends house a few days back and also got stuck on a not very steep hill ... In the end I had to reverse the car down to the bottom of the hill and make a second slow and stead ascent which luckily worked ... It's not looking bad at all around my area at the moment so hope it stays this way .... CBA which the snow anymore!

Hey guys, I've got the standard Nissan headunit (Non Bose) and have never experienced any problems with it until yesterday ... Not sure if it's related to the cold or anything but it doesn't want to play any of the discs which are currently loaded ... and to make things worse it won't eject them either ... When I do try it makes some noises like it's trying to do something but then just says "Please Eject" on the LCD display ....Pressing Eject does absoloutely nothing and it just keeps flashing up the message ... Does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be or possible solutions ... Thanks!

My main annoyance would have to be to Too many meetings ... I can understand that some people may be bored and not have work to do so schedule a long meeting about something of no importance ... but some of us have lots to do and would rather not have to sit through lengthy meetings and waste time .... Second one would have to be interuptions ... I feel as though I'm constantly being disturbed for something that'll "only take a few minutes" ... and then find myself still working on it an hour later!

I play copied discs on on my 04 non-bose unit without problems ... I have found in the past that if you write the discs at a slower speed then they usually skip less ...
