Congratulations on your new chariot. Loving the colour of those wheels against the white. Any chances of posting closeup of the wheel. Got a white family car that needs a wheel refurb and tempted to change from silver to something like yours ๐

The spikes worked! No more pee smells from that wheel when I wash the rims It's peeing on the driver's side rear wheel instead Going to order the @marzman gadget

If it's the OEM factory fitted exhaust, the flanges between the mid pipe and back box will definitely be near end of life. So replacement tips alone would definitely not be economical as the flanges WILL fail soon. Also check the flexis on the Y-pipe. These may also be on their last legs Time to treat yourself to a cat back system I think ๐. It'll.sound so much nicer than stock too. Scorpion is a good budget choice with lifetime guarantee and not too loud either. Then there's Cobra. Invidia is a bit more pricey but beautifully made.

A friend has recommended that I use MY pee over the bushes next to the car to reclaim my territory

Oops.....top photo uploaded upside down but you get the idea . This is what cat wee does to lacquer ๐ข
-
A local cat likes to spray on my rear wheel, which damages the lacquer........ it's literally taking the p!$$. So hopefully these will keep it away. Just hope it doesn't just choose a different wheel as I don't think I can be bothered surrounding my whole car with this stuff

Driver's side is the original wrap from 2021 and the passenger side is the side I redid a few weeks ago. Like before, the cloudiness all cleared up. This shows that despite 3 years facing the sun daily when parked at home and work, the vinyl PPF does a grand job preventing the lousy hazy oxidation returning. Even if the wrap does yellow or fail, removal is relatively harmless unlike sanding down a clear coat that has faded and reapplying another layer of clearcaot.
-
The wrap has all cleared up nicely now. Good job I resisted temptation to rip it off and start all over again ๐๐

Welcome to the OC. I got new kidney braces and W brace this year too. Zeds are definitely worth maintaining and keeping. -

Hi Chris. I often do touchless washes. A summary of my experiences would be........ Have a fresh LSP on first. Even if it's a quick and easy coat of something like TW Hydrophobic Sealant Wax aka Seal n Shine. Do it often eg. at least once a week to prevent dirt bonding strongly to the paint. Mineral free water from a SPOTLESS WATER depot or filtered water for a final rinse as you deffo don't want to touch dry. A strong blower works for me also as Manchester tap water is relatively mineral free compared to the ghastly stuff from London taps. Driving at speed to dry the car never worked for me. Although most of the car would dry nicely, the turbulence at the rear would suck road grime onto the boot ๐ Here is a write up of my 6 weeks of touchless washing..

Nice meeting @ShortPauland @Loadmaster on Sunday. Always have a little bit of envy when I see a Nismo370z........ especially when they are kept in such good condition. This is the furthest South of Manchester I have travelled for a meet, so was a great opportunity to meet some Southern members.
