  1. Seriously go to RTP wembley to get this done. The sheet metal guy there is amazing and when he saw my new SEIBON vented bonnet he laughed and said he could use and OEM metal bonnet and make same vents or any other types that would look better than the SEIBON
  2. Difficult one to say but you are doing the right checks. Go methodically and you'll hit the spot. Just go round all the hose clamps tighthen/swap them iff loose or worm gear burred. the do a TB and idle volume reset. Check for any exhaust leaks especially up stream eg y-pipe cats flange. If no joy then do a compression test. You can get a kit and DIY. If there is any abnormality the pay for a leak down test. I take it the car is not smoky at idle or under load and not consuming oil. Does the car still pull or is it out of puff? Good luck and let us know how you get on.
  3. Some really nice touches there mate! I like the smoked headlights and eyebrows with nismo bumper. The wheels work very well too. Well done!
  4. Very good write up and balanced view from the owners perspective
  5. This isn't a bitch about the mods thread. Feel free to PM a member of the team with suggestions and we'll discuss it Sorry lexx but it ain't bitching. Made a simple suggestion in a thread that would be receptive. Suggestions are not secrets so why pm? No need to be abrasive. I have voted and to me there no friendly or or friendly mods doesn't mean they can't improve on the good job they do.
  6. Pm'ed
  7. I've got two. You can have both when we next meet
  8. Mods do a great and thankless job but can they actually let you know when they donot approve a thread Secondly, we should have a banned list so we know who had been banned, if its permanent or temporary and the reason for their ban. Eg abusive language, bullying, sales con etc. I was looking up for someone and could not find him only to speak with him that he had been banned
  9. Happy birthday Dan! Just make sure you don't revel too much tonight and loose a grip on things Couldn't resist  We love you really brother!

  12. @ SamN: thanks for the offer but I'm only interested in rears. I'm sure you can sell the fronts easy here or on fleabay. @ Rickdon: pm me what you want for them , description and your location. Thanks
  13. Read about that build on my 350z and though it appears awesome as a headline grabbing setup, its not very efficient and makes less power than a turbo or sc set up on their own. It was on a stock engine and if I remember correctly it has blown up. Good try for attempting it though.
  14. Major face palm moment !!!
  15. Take lots of pics and vids!
  16. RT performance in Wembley London. They are a trader here so look at their threads. Octet I believe has the original nismo kit for sale do contact him too.
  17. Hi Neil, I can't give you an accurate price as what I paid is heavily discounted as I know someone who know one of the KW Germany race boss. But expect to pay £100 per damper for overhaul excluding shipping and VAT which is still good as the price of a single damper is £350 excluding VAT and delivery!!!
  18. Fill in the blanks: _____= ichav _____= iChat _____ = icheat _____= iconman _____= iwhine _____= ipolish Hehehehe!!

  21. Bumpity bump
  22. Yes Olly, wheels square but tyres will be staggered and wider than OEM. It will mess nothing as they will still be within 1.5% (you can go up to 2.5%) of the OEM tyre rolling radius. But as a rule a square tyre set up reduces understeer while increase staggering makes it worse. I can't afford right now the superlight Rays Volks CE28N I always wanted for Toyo R888 tyres for track days. R888 are not cheap especially in 19" setup which I currently have. With 18x8.5 Rays I will go with 245/40/18 and 265/40/18 tyres. I will need spacers though but this does not impact that much on unsprung weight as its central with minimal centrifugal forces applying.
  23. It's a beautiful day today! Netti is 25 again Go girl go !!!!
