  1. I have pro kit on mine, its low, i have 19's and still scrape on bumps/ramps. Sport kit not needed, would be too low for std dampers IMO. If you want lower than pro kit, buy some coilovers. You WILL need rear camber arms, whichever you choose.
  2. Problem with the Megan one is i believe it has fixed mounts, i.e. it wont fit to the curve of the boot and as such will look / fit crap!
  3. Get TGM to fit them, they have experience now having done my decats/ sports cats a few times...
  4. I did mine a couple a weeks before. It went well, got laughs and congratulations aftwerwards People said i was very smooth, so all in i was bvery happy with it. My advice is, relax and it will be fine.
  5. Hmm ill be careful if i atempt it, had a busy wweekend at a wedding tho so it wont be till next weekend now. Might not be worth the hassle by then.
  6. Steve was the guy i dealt with too, and i promptly left after being talked down to by him.
  7. Indeed, only a trim to make it fit, but was fun watching him propping it up on cushions to install it with the bumper on the car. Looked ACE once fitted
  8. I'm informed you dont need clamps... As can remove the OE suspension in one unit and the coilies springs are so short shouldnt be required? I don't have springclamps btw. Yeah will need setting up, thats one reason i want them on before ideally, so i can get the ride height sorted before i have the geometry done.
  9. Cheers guys, the families are quite conservative / religeous, so i have been warned to steer clear of a lot of the funny but dodgy stories i have. I also havent seen loads of him in the most recent times and so fresh content is thin, its made doing the speech quite difficult but i think i have cobbled something together that will do the job. I've got the nerves aswell, but as you say, they will pass once it starts im sure, im going to go away tonight and have another really good thnik about funny times and see what i can cook up.
  10. Well it's that time for me, i am to be my mates Best Man this weekend at his wedding. Have a speech on paper (Rehersing it now at work as i'm typing this ) Any of you Veteran Best Men, got any tips for me on how i can get the most out of the day, and do the best job i can for a very deserving mate. cheers guys P.S. I am Bricking it big style about the Speech
  11. LOL they wont be hard to fit, but if i struggle ill just give up and leave em to TGM.
  12. No Flaps, Valves, Bungs etc.. should all be banned. If you dont want a loud exhaust dont buy one lol
  13. I have pre ordered the collecters edition of Forza 3 myself, very excited
  14. I've heard only bad things aswell, shame it was meant to big a big step up the 'sim' ladder for the NFS series.
  15. Std wheels, 20mm front, 25mm rear, but with the dotz id guess smaller ones would be better. Do you know the width / offset of the Dotz?
  16. Berk CATS now on, and love them. Similar sound to the DeCATS, but with the ability to MOT test anywhere. Swapped them myself, but on a ramp, easily doable with the right tools. If you have a friendly MOT tester tho, de-cats give a very similar result for a lot less money.
  17. lol, none of the exhausts on the Z are that loud, comparatively to other cars. my old Dc5 with a buddyclub was a LOT louder than my car or a K1 equipped car. I think that Z owners just have soft girly ears Bring on the manifold to hopefully liven mine up a bit more

Different under a roadster tho isnt it? This is one of the things that put me off the Japspeed, lots of people have rattling, their manufacturing tollerances are very lax, hence the low prices! My mate has a japspeed header on his S2000, and the weld / fabrication quality is awful
  19. Envy did sell one of the mastergrades for the 350Z, i was there watching the owner struggle to fit it
  20. Depends on when, if i have the Headers on by then i'll be interested to see how much they lose me before its mapped.
  21. Buddy club system with y-pipe £650 odd, very free flowing and pops
  22. LOL nice one i normally tag along with the SXOC. Was raiing a lot here so i asumed the worst, next time hopefully it wont rain
  23. Indeed they dont allow test drives without a deposit generally Very dismissive too, i would not go there again, even to look.
  24. I'll be ditching my no. plate bracket too, i think 'final flag' sell a blanking plate if anyone wanted one.
