  1. May be worth unplugging the electrical plugs/connection (battery disconnected) to ensure there is no water in the connections rather than the unit.
  2. As above Touch n Tuff are very good. I use these in my garage and at work, last ages and offer a bit more protection than the Touch n Tuff: http://www.outlandsales.co.uk/product.php/4323/st_nitrotouch_nitrile_foam_nylon_gloves
  3. See attached PDF its part 75520U Floor fittings.pdf
  4. Thats the protector for the EVAP Hoses.
  5. What was fitted: Cobra High Flow Cats Tanabe Y Pipe Tanabe Medallion Concept G Exhaust Fitment: No issues, fitted straight from the box with supplied gaskets and bolts. The noise: @idle; sounds amazing with a very deep rumble, the neighbour was very surprised with the sound thinking i had an engine significantly larger than 3.5L. @30/40 MPH not much louder than at Idle. @70 MPH starts to get loud around 65 although once cruising at the speed limit it’s not droning or becoming a nuisance. @High engine load (overtaking on Motorway or climbing a large hill) it’s does get very loud and you quickly want to get back to a cruising speed, Some vibration/resonance heard/felt, so i will get the exhaust hanger rubbers replaced as they are 11 years old and see if that improves. The system although new passed the MOT emissions testing yesterday, although i have had the EML come on since for one of the CATs! this will be sorted by Abbey Motorsport soon via Uprev. Thoughts, after only 120 Miles of mixed driving it’s too early to say if i am 100% happy with the new soundtrack, hopefully once new hanger rubbers are installed and a possible boot floor sound deadening exercise have been completed noise levels may be a little better under load. 6. Just done it on my 04, access to the manifold/cat flange is tight but ok, and all six bolts/studs undid with a small breaker bar and long extension. Had more issues with the Cat/Y Pipe flange, access is great but still had to cut the bolts off with a dremel. As mentioned Plus Gas is well worth it.
  7. Humpy, its been too long we should have a look at a Hampshire Meet I would have popped up to Grundys meet had the car not been in kit form.
  8. Fitted Cobra HFC, Tanabe 'Concept G' y pipe and exhaust. Also new DS2500 brake pads whilst jacked up, It's bloody loud at the moment but should hopefully calm down a bit once driven Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Its quite common for Long Haul Air Hostesses/Airport shift workers to have a second job 'zero hours contract' as it allows them to earn additional cash. Its probably the only positive thing about zero hours i can think of.
  10. Dave-350z ?? At 1640 ish Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Treated the Zed to a Tanabe Concept G exhaust. I am extremely happy with the service received from Torqen, communication was great as was price. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Octavia VRS, quick with a large boot as I can't fit the kids in the 350z.
  13. Try gently tapping a suitably sized Torx bit into it and undo.
  14. All cockpit doors must be able to be opened from the cabin as part of the door/aircraft certification process. The decompression panels are generally too small to crawl through and/or are covered in a shroud to prevent access. Virtually all cabin windows are plug type and fit from inside the cabin so you would struggle to kick them out or even crack them. Two possible scenarios: The Pilot in the cockpit jammed the door shut to prevent access The door may have had a mechanical failure preventing opening - (sadly this is quite possible)

  17. As long as there is not too much damage in the hub carrier, you may get away with replacing the compression arm/cone (AKA Banana bar/arm)
