  1. http://www.amazon.co...R/dp/B00CXM3B04 I appreciate thats probably a bit much for the sensors, but paints4u will do just a can of top coat if required
  2. Direct from the NGK website - All NGK spark plugs including precious metal Iridium and Platinum Plugs have a Copper core. See Here: http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/pdf/dyk_5points.pdf
  3. Was the engine/turbo's running when the pump was wired up incorrectly? The bearing seal relies on the air pressure through the turbo to stop the oil leaking through the seal, hence why turbos are sometimes a little smoky at low engine rpm (lower pressure through turbo)
  4. Some good info here: http://www.turbobyga...ett/oil_leakage Troubleshooting Guide attached. May be worth speaking direct with Garrett Garrett_Troubleshooting_Guide.pdf
  5. To put this into context. When air disasters happen, they make news. But on the whole, far fewer people die in plane crashes than in cars. About 1.24 million people die each year on the world's roads, the World Health Organization said last year. By contrast, the deadliest year in aviation had 3,346 deaths, the BAAA said. That was in 1972.
  6. 228 million people flew in/out of the UK in 2013, the figures for 2014 are expected to be greater than 2013. During 2014 there were 13 fatal accidents (UK) resulting in 30 Deaths (Nearly all these accidents/deaths were on Privately owned small aircraft NOT Commercially operated Aircraft). This equates to a 1 in 7.6 Million chance of dying flying in/out of the UK. Not bad really.
  7. If you cant get the wheels off the floor, over inflate them by 2-4 psi and push the car forwards or backwards a foot every month.

    Hand Brake

As Keyser has described. Some info in attached PDF Parking Brake.pdf
  11. There are separate pumps for windows and headlights (3 in total I think) There is also a non return valve under the front scuttle panel which has been known to block water flow to just the front windows. It's a bumper off job to replace the pump or swap them for fault finding.
  12. Yes, bought it in 2010. The carbon lip is an additional part and cost, the total delivered to my door was €1600
  13. It is expensive, but the fit was excellent. Only downside is the bottom of the lip is a lot lower than a standard bumper, i still have problems with speed bumps and my car is on OEM suspension.
  14. Fairy liquid on the inside of the pipe also helps
  15. I managed to do it by taking the smaller diameter pipe off the car, heating it up in some hot water then forcing it onto the tank on a bench. It was not easy but has been fine for over a year.
  16. There M10's i have just checked the receipt. Not to mention i used one of these to check the sizes :http://www.pro-bolt.com/workshop-other/essential-items/pro-gauge-bolt-measuring-tool-essential-item-for-tool-box.html#.U1lgUZNdV8E Oh and i have been an engineer for 24years therefore know a little bit about nuts and bolts
  17. Did you buy washers too? Getting pricey It should not matter if its a JDM, it will be the same size etc. I did buy washers. You can buy the same size bolts in stainless steel which are half the price of titanium bolts.
  18. I used: Bolts M10x(1,25)x30mm http://www.pro-bolt.com/titanium/titanium-bolts-flanged-hex/titanium-hex-head-m10-x-1-25mm-x-30mm.html#.U1fy4JJdV8E Nuts M10x(1.25) http://www.pro-bolt.com/titanium-flanged-nut-m10-x-1-25mm.html#.U1fzVpJdV8E
  19. I am only interested in the CF Lip, so if no one buys the the bumper/cf lip i am willing to make a good offer on just the lip.
  20. They are just designations for the different engines in the Z ...
