JoKeR Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 So I'm getting my car wrapped. I need help deciding which colour, Matte black or a shade of white? Please help me decide lol pics all welcome! Thanks That's what she 'Zed' :-/ Quote
KyleR Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 Matte black looks dated now and white is getting a little too common IMO. How about a Candy red or purple? Quote

KyleR Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 Yup, I believe there are currently ZERO purple zeds in the UK is the ex-sumo powers one still purple or has it changed now Is it not pink now, or was it pink before going purple, or maybe 2 different cars. No idea, maybe there is one Quote
StevoD Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 (edited) i think the purple was super chargered and the pink was turbo or i have got it majorly mixed up with something else Edit yea think im wrong and its now pink Edited September 3, 2014 by StevoD Quote
AliveBoy Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 Both white and matte black have been done quite a lot. Where are you getting it done? Quote
JoKeR Posted September 3, 2014 Author Posted September 3, 2014 Getting it done in Polimax in Bethnal Green it's about £950 but I ain't got that money yet lol unless any one knows anywhere cheaper. I've seen their work and I'm happy with it. Too many options That's what she 'Zed' :-/ Quote
AliveBoy Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 £950 seems very cheap for a full wrap! I wouldn't rush it, as you'll have it for a few years so you want to be happy with it. You also want something which won't look dated in a few months, especially as the "season" is about to end, so all peoples crazy new ideas will be on display from november-january time Quote
spursmaddave Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 Yup, I believe there are currently ZERO purple zeds in the UK is the ex-sumo powers one still purple or has it changed now Is it purple, hard to see with all the subtle advertising Quote

Payco Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 Not wishing to rain on your parade but £950 will not get you a half decent wrap..Zippypooz on here is the guy you want to discuss about wrapping as he's a top dog and has his own business.. Quote
spursmaddave Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 The paintwork on the car needs to be absolutely perfect too before a wrap, need to take that in to account 1 Quote
parello9 Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 Don't get blue! There is alot of prep to a wrap though, took me a few months getting things done and also prep work was £££ i wanted purple but couldnt find a shade i liked most ! Quote
GMballistic Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 Have you seen chameleon wrap? pretty different and available in gloss & matte finish. Lot's of nice purple colours available as well. Quote
spursmaddave Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 I serious doubt you could get a bubble wrap for £950 even at mates rates 1 Quote
