2'' or 4'' ??

I have a really short aerial, ..probably 2" at a guess so that's what I'd go for as I think it looks good plus my radio reception is fine with it.

Not sure on the gold colour though. :scare::lol: Your choice though. ;)

Only one that works in the Honda stubby one from Redline, on here.

You really should stop presenting your opinion as cast iron fact, especially when you're wrong. It's simply not the only one that works.

Standard aerial that actually gets reception ftw.

Pfftt I get reception fine on my 2". :p

Anyway who'd want to listen to the radio all the time anyway as it is total cr*p nowadays ~ filled with useless adverts, stupid DJ's talking rubbish, songs repeated again & again... etc

CD's for the win or better yet my 8gb USB loaded full of non stop tracks. B)

If you want listen to AM (talk sport) only the OEM works for me of the three (inc 2 different stubbies) that I tried.

If you only listen to cd or aux - go for the most aesthetically pleasing and keep the OEM for when you sell ;-)

Interesting responses gents...

So, no doubt, the Honda RDX stubby seems to get good feedback on reception..

However, 7inches in my eyes is too big for a stubby.. so far I'm up for the punt on a Perrin 4"..

It's an Ariel :shrug: Put more effort into other mods ;)

Don't you worry.. She's booked in for 4 new tyres, front brakes, wheel refurb, plenum spacer, intake, springs, spacers, exhaust, y-pipe, decant, drop links, machine mop and when I have time new head unit and gear stick once I've found one I like..

I'm just very particular on the aesthetics that is all.. ;)
