GMballistic Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 Sorry to read that octet. Thieving scum bags. It's got some unique"ish" mods so hopefully will be found quickly as it's fairly distinctive. Good luck and if I see it down Cardiff way I'll be sure to ring the old bill, ...about 5 minutes after I've finished beating the thieves with a tyre lever. Quote

WhackyWill Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 I had an RS 2800 Turbo, which I put up for sale in Autosport It was 1 of only 3 in the UK. Got a call to arrange a viewing for early on a Sat morning, so now they have my address. They also asked for the Reg No and Chassis No to authenticate that the car was a genuine RS2800T...! Fri night the thieves arrived with a transporter broke into my garage stole the car never to be see again..!!! Quote

Almeida1234 Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Sad thing is It is probably broken in to bits now. Good idea is to keep looking on eBay etc for parts come up for sale. Quote

I agree but looking on eBay for the individual parts would be a friggin' nightmare. Between "car parts" and "tuning parts" there is probably going to be at least 10-15,000 sales to look through I'd wager. Plus the parts would have to be pretty unique looking for him to spot them. Vlad Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 Yep, I thought that! But then may be that thief brought fake trade plates or something... Quote
