evest Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 Firstly, cheers to Tarmac for great service - very quick delivery! So... this is what happens when I'm left on my own for a day... (Well first off I watched Ice Road Truckers all morning, but then moved on to something a bit more productive) Took the upper plenum out for a spruce up and then fitted the strut brace. Was going to fit a weapon-r power steering tank too but the big shop needed doing and I forgot it was Sunday... (things weren't helped by dropping a nut that then slid underneath the fecking battery platform - don't even know why I took the battery cover off in the first place! ) Next on the agenda is the power steering tank which should be fairly easy, and then fit new rocker covers (seals starting to go on mine) - once I've painted them in wrinkle red VHT paint!! 2 Quote

Ceejay29 Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 Big thumbs up, looks good. What bolts have you used for the brace? Quote

Cheers mate The bolts are 'Gallery Fresh' - I got them from the US a few years ago - they were a bit pricey for a set of bolts to be honest. Not sure if you can still get them though. Quote
Ceejay29 Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 I imagine that they are worth every penny as they look sweet! Quote
