Grundy Posted March 27, 2014 Author Posted March 27, 2014 No no - A friend who works with metal etc, says to have nylon or ally machined to follow the curve of the boot, and flattened on the top to fit to the bottom of the foot. O a proper sensible and decent solution / suggestion - could have knocked me down with a feather I had no idea you had friends EDIT : Sorry I meant sensible friends More than welcome to take a 2nd look If you want to pop it round so we can play when we have more time happy to try mate Aye, drop me a PM when you have a bit more time free Quote

r37 Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Just as a small update i broke out the micrometer and measured up the gap on mine and will be having some ABS machined to suit, hopefully a gap-filling solution by the weekend. I Shall report back. Quote
