It's not a diffuser that will attach to the OEM bumper, it's part of the Chargespeed rear bumper.

Each to there own, but it's Tommy Kaira badge, they were a Car tuning company for Jap cars Including Skylines, Scoobys, 350z etc.

 

Either way I like it, and think it's much better than a Nissan badge
