Luke0549
Just bought this for £1 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321194157586?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 just to really see what will happen. Legally, would they have to sell it to me?

Luke0549
Like I said, just to see what would happen. His for sale title says £1,000,000. Think that's optimistic!
sloutrou
Read this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/gds/LEGAL-ADVICE-REGARDS-BUYING-AND-SELLING-/10000000001449898/g.html Your bid is legally binding, and you can sue him if he doesn't complete his side of the sale. ioneabee
^^ what I said - but who'd bother at £
sloutrou
Sorry I jumped the gun - it's £30 for the court summons fee, which is approximately £29 more than the item is worth lol
Luke0549
For £30, could be worth a shot? If won, could easily sell for profit?!
WhackyWill
For £30, could be worth a shot? If won, could easily sell for profit?! It is currently registered on a Jag XF V6 Auto Diesel Registered on 08/09/2010. So its currently on a car. I think this could be somebody winding up the Jag owner by trying to sell his registration. But good luck if you get it..!! Edited August 26, 2013 by WhackyWill

Vik54
Has anyone asked the seller if they are simply selling a 'plate' - or is the buyer going to become the 'grantee' or sell full rights? Dan put your wooden spoon away!
