WhackyWill Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Murray is a "National Treasure" in the same mould as Joanna Lumley and John Cleese. He will be around for ever. God speed your recovery Murray  Quote
rothers2901 Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 One of the more common illnesses. My father had this 2 years ago (the more severe type) following a course of chemotherapy which isnt very nice he has made a full recovery and has now been clear for over a year. Hope the same happens to Murray. 1 Quote
Stutopia Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Good luck to Murray, true Motorsport legend. Every time I listen to that clown Crofty on the F1, speaking exclusively in soundbites and clichés, I remember how much character Murray brought to his commentary. GWS. Quote

NeilMH Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Best wishes to Murray - I have a particular affection for his Rallycross commentaries of many years ago because there were quite of lot of incidents for him to get his teeth into. Quote
