yeah. the chances are that they'll use the method i suggested but at least then you can blame them if it goes wrong. i did it on my golf, the bolt looked like this afterwards

A trip to the Honda garage will fix it (as long as the lock nut is a honda one) If not then you will have to find someone with a master.

After market lugs.

Just go to Honda and buy a new one. Sorted.

 

Actually buy two, then you won't get stuck again when you lose one ;)

Blimey, do they still make those?! I had one of those back in the day, sadly not as good in the real world as you would hope, nice to have in the tool kit though.

 

I've no idea where it is now. :(

New car seems a little extreem but two! :scare:

When I asked the local car parts place if they had a set of locking wheel nuts for a Honda the reply was -

 

"sounds like a fair swap" :p

Cap for fluid removed caliper off new pads fitted.

Piston in calliper seized locking brakes on.

 

What a night mare. Kids and there cars.

Can't get any refurb kit due to bank holiday.
