AliveBoy Posted February 20, 2013 Author Posted February 20, 2013 Was hoping no one was going to ask about the rear end! I never did manage to work out how they came up with that design, there's so many more aerodynamically efficient designs which are possible/beautiful! 1 Quote
cs2000 Posted February 21, 2013 Posted February 21, 2013 The sides and the front (especially the front splitter) are lovely. But...did they let someone who works in Halfords Ripspeed design department design the rear? Shame Quote
DoogyRev Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 I bet if you had that rear bumper, and went to tesco to get some stuff, when you came out their would be a line of elderly folks who have mistaken it for a bench Quote
HaydnH Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 I prefer the V2, looks better than the V1 though, not sure i like the square splitter on the bottom of them, what's a V3 side and rear look like? I personally think the Nismo bumpers got worse looking with each version. Quote
StevoD Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Bump on the V3 a few images that i think make the v3 look very nice Quote
AliveBoy Posted October 22, 2013 Author Posted October 22, 2013 On a track car the back looks ace, on a road car it just looks out of place Love the front mega stylee though! It even has a raise in the middle for cats eyes to fit through! Oh wait, aero, for AERO purposes 1 Quote
MrLizard Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 i really like the v3 rear, v2 on the front looks best though Quote
bizz Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 There are quite a few kits with that awful rear. One of stevo's showed it quite nice but that's only cos you couldn't see the awful step lol. The v3 front bumper looks really nice though Quote
StevoD Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 If i dint have a Tarmac Sportz Diffuser i would rock it Quote
Tarmac@TarmacSportz Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Someone took the plunge and purchased the V3 bumper, diffuser, side skirts this month and had them delivered last week. I won't spoil his thunder but cannot wait to see it fitted Quote
thetranquilbass Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Someone took the plunge and purchased the V3 bumper, diffuser, side skirts this month and had them delivered last week. Guilty as charged. Currently sat in living room waiting on me to decide whether I fit now or after the crappy weather has passed 2 Quote
Tarmac@TarmacSportz Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Do you just sit and stare at it ? I think I would Quote
thetranquilbass Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Do you just sit and stare at it ? I think I would Had to put it back in the box to stop staring at it. The picture of the Temper above has given me some food for thought though, anyone have any ideas as to what paint colour would match the grey of the centre grill and splitter? Quote

Paint the lip, grill etc a graphite grey or anthracite or something. Would look awesome against the orange!! Quote
Humpy Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Bump on the V3 a few images that i think make the v3 look very nice Really liking the look of the Front V3 bumper Probably a stupid question but will ask anyway - Can you buy the curvy front splitter seperately? Quote
KyleR Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 I've never seen one but I'm sure there's something similar somewhere. Quote

It's a one piece bumper, so in short, no. There's probably a non nismo one available somewhere, but I'd have no idea where from Quote
KyleR Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 (edited) It's actually a 2 piece as there is a carbon fiber diffuser for the bottom, but They can be bought separately and I'm sure most people don't bother with the latter part unless they have the Nismo Edition. Not that that makes any difference, though Edited October 23, 2013 by KyleR Quote
illest Posted May 18, 2015 Posted May 18, 2015 I have a v3 for sale if you are still interested 1 Quote
