Dan at Adrian Flux

Hi everyone.

This is just a short introduction, I’m Dan and I’ve worked for Adrian Flux Insurance for nearly 24 years.

If any of you on here have any general insurance queries or specific problems with Adrian Flux insurance please let me know. I have handpicked a small but dedicated team of staff who with me will try and assist you wherever possible. I can assure you we will be completely impartial despite being on the payroll of Adrian Flux. If we have messed-up we will acknowledge that and make efforts to get it corrected. If any of you do not understand an insurer’s viewpoint we will do our best to clearly explain it.

It could be problems ranging from simple paperwork issues to major claim disputes. With our many years of experience we should be able to answer most queries immediately. If there were issues or a problem that we can’t answer directly we would ensure that a relevant manager investigates these and we would then be able to relay an answer back.

I hope this will be of some help for you.

On behalf of myself and my team, thanks very much.

Dan.

:welcome: Dan

I might ping you a PM in a bit. We have our VW T5 covered with you and had some funnies about previous claims which are for the missus but show up in some claims database against myself. Your helpful staff have cleared the confusion just curious as to why it has happened in the first place. It was on a multicar policy with Admiral and the missus as the policy holder and claimant so shouldnt be against me on the database

Unfortunately my cars are now insured with Admiral. Was with Adrian Flux for years but got annoyed when they wouldn't insure me on my boyfriends BMW M3 (group 18) cause apparently my Mini Cooper S Works (also a group 18 210bhp car) wasn't classed as a performance vehicle & therefore I wasn't allowed to be insured on the BMW cause had no previous experience driving a performance vehicle. Which totally peed me off. So all 3 cars are now insured on multicar with Admiral. Cause can insure all 3 with only 2 drivers. Would of liked to stop with Adrian Flux too.

I think I pay around about £1200 now to Insure all 3 cars at Admiral. My Bf as main driver on the M3 and me as the main driver on the Mini & the 350Z and we may need to add my bfs Skyline to the policy soon as should be back on the road in summer. I may give Adrian Flux another chance when the renewal is due but don't know if you would insure 4 cars when there is only 2 drivers on a multicar?? Where as admiral will.

Just remember folks, Admiral do not cover mods like for like. You have an accident and smash your nice bumper or posh wheels or tasty exhaust, you're only getting OEM items back. This is why they can be so much cheaper than the specialists like AF. :)

I don't think I'd class a FWD Mini in the same league as a RWD M3 either! Bearing in mind that AF are just a broker, and the terms they impose are imposed upon them by the insurers they use.
