Hi guys I've sold my zed some time ago and I still have a full set up of suspension including top mounts and rubber cones etc. I've got them all listed on eBay individually but if any forum members interested I'll sell the whole lot for £120 cash. Im going through the exact same thing, the past 5 days I've drove it once and its being picked up today off me atleast when we are older and have our family diesels we can say.... I "had" one of those lol

Thanks for the info I have checked all over both seats, also removed both plugs at separate times and got different flash codes, used contact cleaner I really don't think this is the seats this time around lol

They deffinetly sell zeds and gt-r's hmmm I'll ask for an upfront price I guess

Hey guys wondering if anyone knows the answer to this my zed has lately had a fault with the airbag light coming on all the time, I would normally just reset it but I think this is a different problem, the DTC flashing code I get in diagnostic mode is two long flashes followed by 6 short ones. Looking in the manual it points to the crash zone sensor, I can see where it goes on 2002-2006 cars but my 2007 just doesn't have one under the bonnet latch. Any info on where to look would be awesome cheers

Hey guys I recently listed my car on gum tree and had a message from an interested buyer, after a few messages and pictures he's know told me he's from switzerland, at first like most people think I thought "scam!" But the buyer has insisted its much cheaper for him to buy my car and drive it back home, he's sent me a copy of his one way ticket and ferry crossing and he will be paying cash also, am I missing something? Or do you guys think this is safe and legit? Any thoughts or past experiences would be appreciated

Haha that's a good logic! Well I've just wired a 2.2ohm resistor to the plug I guess I'll see if that keeps it off haha!

Sorry Alex I sprayed some contact cleaner on the seat connectors as well as I know they can be temperamental but this time the code just won't clear I'll have to get it plugged in and checked out I'll provide the code once I get it to the garage

Well I thought you where pointing the obvious because my car doesn't seem to have one equipped from the pictures not in general lol! thanks for clearing that up anyhow I have yet to find a friend with an obd reader that reads airbag faults so I guess I'm gonna need to pay a garage the flash sequence is 2 long flashes followed by 6 short ones, the owners manual tells me that its a crash zone sensor lol

is it normal for one not to be there then? I'm struggling with this lol a simple yes and no will shut me up but won't fix my airbag light lol

I wished it was as easy as that the problem I'm finding is that I can't find the wiring loom the crash sensor connected to lol the airbag light suddenly came on and I've owned the car for a year so theres gotta be a sensor somewhere. Does anybody know where the loom starts from maybe I can find it that way

Hey guys wondering if u can help my airbag light has just come on and the DTC is telling me its a problem with the crash zone sensor I've opened the bonnet and can't seem to see it I can see the bracket that it attaches to but no sensor? Also I cannot find the plug on the loom that it attaches to? Any ideas would be a great help

A True GT with a better engine a fraction of the miles and also its mine! so u can see every problem that i've had and solved on this forum just look on my history
