thetranquilbass Posted November 19, 2012 Author Posted November 19, 2012 Next on the list is to get the rays refurbed as paint is now beginning to flake off in places, then decide whether or not to go for a set of Rota PWRs in hyper black. Quote
thetranquilbass Posted December 1, 2012 Author Posted December 1, 2012 Finally got round to getting the side steps fitted this morning. Few pics of how the car now stands below. Still awaiting delivery of the chargespeed replica rear and diffuser from RT- Performance but hoping that will be received within the next week and hope to have it fitted ahead of christmas. Wheels have also now been purchased, shameless bit of forum vulturing, have acquired bsled's Volk SF Winning wheels. 1 Quote
Jay Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 Gorgeous mate and when you get those wheels on it, it will just finish off your care nicely. Now I have to say your car is defo styled to my taste, very nicely done indeed sir Is that up at simons body shop in E.K.? Quote
thetranquilbass Posted December 1, 2012 Author Posted December 1, 2012 Hey Jason, yep all work being done by Rab from the Harkness Body shop side of the business, great guy who knows what he's doing and very reasonable pricing. Photos were taken outside one of the empty factory units on the road leading you down to their unit Quote

thetranquilbass Posted January 17, 2013 Author Posted January 17, 2013 So after one reason or another I wasn't able to get the new rear bumper fitted over the xmas period but the car was dropped off at the bodyshop this morning and expect to collect on Saturday morning. After the trial fit I decided the exhaust tips that I had fitted along with the custom install last year don't go with the bumper so are being replaced. Needed to be replaced anyway as the one on the drivers side had come loose was causing a nasty rattle when pulling away. Will update with some pics on Saturday. Quote
thetranquilbass Posted January 20, 2013 Author Posted January 20, 2013 Some pics of the new rear bumper fitted (please excuse the car being unwashed) 2 Quote
buster Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 nice ass, works really well with the side steps Quote
Keyser Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 I like that lots It's my 2nd fav rear bumper, the wife likes the bumper as well but not so keen on the colour - but she married me so don't worry about her taste Quote
AMT Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 That rear bumper looks great mate! Nice one Quote
LRF4N Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 Nicely done mate, bet your happy with it Have you got a set of wheels lined up? Quote

Jay Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 I have to say, once the wheels are on, your car will be my favourite 350z on this site. No doubt about it! Nice work mate! Quote
thetranquilbass Posted April 19, 2013 Author Posted April 19, 2013 As the weather is now clearing up decided to fit the Volks yesterday. Few pics below of how the car now stands. 1 Quote
LRF4N Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 Wasn't sure about the wheels but look much better on the car. Looks the business Quote
thetranquilbass Posted June 16, 2013 Author Posted June 16, 2013 So, for one reason or another was never 100% happy with the Chargespeed bottom line front splitter and had taken a bit of a pounding since being fitted last year. As a result I had the car in with the body shop during the week there to have a new front splitter fitted, this time the replica Mines splitter from RT. Couple of pics of how the front end now looks below. Quote
Hightower Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 Very nice indeed, think darker sprayed wheels would set it off, colour of the diffuser maybe Quote
