Jez @ H-Dev Posted September 19, 2013 Author Posted September 19, 2013 Well, not done much to the car recently apart from fix an oil leak from the rear crank seal and fitted manifolds + engine mounts. All ready for Spa in October. Just ordered a twin turbo kit though - We'll get the engine built up over winter ready for next year. 2 Quote

Jez @ H-Dev Posted September 19, 2013 Author Posted September 19, 2013 Yeah, should be good. Going to strip down a spare engine I've got, get the machining done and rebuild it. By the time that's done I'll hopefully have the turbo kit and be able to get it all installed. Already got most of the other parts, so with a little luck it'll be fine. Quote

GMballistic Posted January 1, 2014 Posted January 1, 2014 Very interesting read Jez. Any new pictures on how the Zed look's now? Great work. Quote
Jez @ H-Dev Posted January 1, 2014 Author Posted January 1, 2014 (edited) Its not changed a great deal. I've been using it on the odd trackday and took it to Spa a few months ago. I'm going to be fitting some remote reservoir suspension, 355mm brakes and a twin turbo engine in the next couple of months. Got the suspension already, brakes should be here early Feb, engine machining work is nearly done and the twin turbo kit is on order. Just got to find some time to bolt it all together There's some pics here: https://www.facebook...58090830&type=3 Edited January 1, 2014 by Jez 1 Quote
GMballistic Posted January 1, 2014 Posted January 1, 2014 Sound's like it's going to be a great track car then when finished. Also very interested to see how the twin turbo kit's going to fit in the engine bay. Quote
Jez @ H-Dev Posted January 1, 2014 Author Posted January 1, 2014 Same here! Everything is tight enough as it is! Quote
The Chubby Ninja Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Good luck jez. The cars going to be awesome. Cage looks brilliant too 1 Quote
robzracing Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 All sounds good. I did the brake upgrade last year, it makes a massive difference on track. 1 Quote
Jez @ H-Dev Posted January 2, 2014 Author Posted January 2, 2014 I find the standard brake setup pretty good on track, but close to the limit. Looking forward to having a bit more head room. Quote
Jez @ H-Dev Posted January 17, 2016 Author Posted January 17, 2016 I've not had much time to post on the forums recently, but have got round to building my twin turbo engine: It's spec'ed up to do up to (read as "less than") 800bhp - really looking forward to getting it in the car 3 Quote
GMballistic Posted January 17, 2016 Posted January 17, 2016 Looks great Jez and should be very capable with that spec. Quote
