On a more serious note I have been busy on the other side of the camera making a documentary for Channel 4 about Cage Rage & Bodybuilding & how its popularity has grown in the UK lately. For the first segment Jay (Zedrush) was kind enough to let me follow him around for the day & interview him candidly about his bodybuilding experiences & aspirations.
