A-Plan Insurance Recomondation..!

Just thought I would post up a high recomondation for a Insurance Company that I have re-new with for the 2nd Year, A-Plan Insurance they do modified vehicles, but I really would like to recommend them as they are exceptionally good, I don't normally go out my way to recommend Companies but this Company deserve a mention.

 

I know Insurance is a personal thing so what's good for one person might not be for another, but with the dealing I have had with the Local Branch and there Branch at Thatcham who do specialise with modified cars over the phone first class service

Been with them for about 10 years now. Have used them since finding them via an old forum I used to help run. Superb customer service, especially when I was involved in an accident, couldn’t have done any better with how they looked after me through the awkward circumstances.

Up date 📅 on here I have renewed for another year my 350z, need to get them down some as Jumped from £260 to £565 but re-looked and done at £428.

 

Seems mad as no difference from last year but made a few calls and A-Plan sorted for me..! 😊

 

Still very happy with them as Company to deal with recommend highly 👌 

I haven't had to make a claim though but going by there approach I couldn't see having an issue though.

Just renewed mine today with them too. (used them for a few years now).

Mine also went up.  Reason seems to be a mix of everything costing more and that one of the usual underwriters have pulled out of the market leaving only one real option.

They still the best price I could get, next best offer I had was over £1200!!!

 

Mine went up from £550 to £644 

 

But as you say, I've always found them excellent to deal with.

It doesn't really pay to stay with same insurance company anymore as there is no loyalty.

I was insured with has Hastings Direct untill they decided to double the price of my renewal for reason 😡when I looked on line I managed to insure for less then half of what Hastings quoted.

Yes I move about a lot within 5-6 companies I’ve used over the years. I used A Plan once for my Skyline they were far and away the best option … but they haven’t been much use for my other cars always overpriced and they exited conversations pretty quickly/lost interest in me whilst on the phone. Maybe it’s a Nissan thing 😅
