Keyser Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 (edited) Nice lap I think the GTR guy/gal?? just wanted to mess with your time he/she cost you a good few seconds on that lap! Edited January 19, 2019 by Keyser Quote
Kieran O'Quick Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 Enjoyed that. Nissan didn't seem to know the way around - but barreled in regardless. Quote
Jetpilot Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 I think this is the common misconception with gtr's, that they drive themselves, whilst they may be easier to drive faster than others with the clever systems on board you still need to know what your doing behind the wheel and no amount of electronics will save you from being totally ham fisted or way out of your depth like the above. 1 Quote
GMballistic Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 Not the first time I've seen an R35 GTR being driven like that. Quote
davey_83 Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 I've seen a well driven BRZ get by a Nissan GTR round Silverstone National. Biggest performance variable is always the driver, ask Bottas. 1 Quote

AMT Posted January 29, 2019 Posted January 29, 2019 Smooth and consistent.... is exactly what the GTR driver... seemingly couldn't be bothered with Quote
rabbitstew Posted January 30, 2019 Posted January 30, 2019 Excellent viewing, im surprised you didnt pile into the back of the GTR the amount of corner speed you had compared to him. And I had to laugh when he went off-roading.. Quote

I have footage of a Rover Metro going past a Porsche 911 GT3 at Zolder, I went past a GT2 991 last time at Ring*, Ive nearly rear ended a 458 Speciale at the end of the Kemmel Straight in my Z33 - just think about that for a moment, the straight is nearly a mile long ........ Entirely down to driver and at the Ring particularly, track knowledge. Would have put my mortgage on the GTR going off at Adenauer Forst as well Quote
