Looking good Jeff. Washing will now be a pleasure. Had my R35 done in Expel and also the full Gtechniq treatment. Not cheap but imho the best.

Simple, tell them to either fix the car or give me my money back. Once they know that you are serious about rejecting the car they will soon sort it. Horses for courses and all that.

I should know in 7 -10 days if this is going to be available. 1st refusal noted. Unfortunately you will require much more than bubble I am afraid to safeguard against transit damage and this is the reason that I no longer ship body panels. Alex.

I can see that you are going to require a lot of baby sitting: and I am very busy at the minute. Google is your friend; https://www.google.co.uk/search?source=hp&ei=7RUCXrXTCMLkgweY176ABw&q=350z+washer+pump+fuse+location&btnK=Google+Search

You could try Aquasure. it is a waterproof Urethane Adhesive and works well. Any repair will not be pretty but this stuff is very effective. Give it a go and let us know how you get on.

The front windscreen pump is in the O/S reservoir. The rear windscreen pump is in the O/S reservoir The headlamp washer pump is in the N/S reservoir. First thing to do is check your fuses etc and then you will have to get your multi meter out and check for feed to the pumps. there are 3 fuse boxes: 1 is inside the O/S/F footwell. 1 is beside the battery 1 is within the IPDM unit under the scuttle on the N/S/F behind the battery. Easier to check the feeds to the pumps with the bumper off.

Yes, there are other options, however I think retaining the stock ECU with Up Rev would be the way to go priced at circa £450.00. Go talk to your tuner asap as your fueling is obviously a concern.
-
Horsham will be good and the cheapest option will probably be Up Rev.

They are both behind the bumper unless it has been removed. The windscreen washer reservoir bottle and pumps is on the R/H side and the headlamp washer reservoir bottle and pump is on the L/H side.
-
Where are you planning to get the tune done? And yes, your present air intake system will indeed be taking in hot air. The Nissan OEM air box is very good and works well although a bit quiet.

LOADSA PARTS FOR SALE (PICTURE HEAVY) NOW WITH PRICES AND DETAIL.

They are various sizes mate however they are usually between 230/650R18 and 250/650R18. They are a great fit on the 18" Rays and I have been running the same size of slicks on Rays for the past 15 years and not had any ABS/traction issues. Shipping costs for 4 tyres would be £42.98 (Mainland UK) Alex. -
Why not, how many shares would you like to buy?

it is a trade off mate, all depends on what you are trying to achieve. You could fit Eibachs with a 25mm drop all round, however you may still have issues with getting your geometry dialled back into spec without fitting aftermarket arms etc.

What he has said ^^^^ You will require both sizes to order the correct sized spigots. However if you don't have accurate measuring tools, just remove one of your old spigot rings and the sizes should be stamped/embossed on one of the faces.

CAUTION: Monitor fluid level in the reservoir tank to make sure it does not empty. Do not spill clutch fluid onto painted surfaces. If it spills, wipe up immediately and wash the affected area with water. Bleed the operating cylinder. 1. Fill the master cylinder reservoir tank with new clutch fluid. 2. Connect a transparent vinyl hose to the air bleeder. 3. Depress the clutch pedal quickly and fully a few times and hold it. 4. With clutch pedal depressed, open air bleeder. 5. Close air bleeder. 6. Release clutch pedal and wait for 5 seconds. 7. Repeat steps 3 to 6 until no bubbles can be observed in the brake fluid. Air bleeder: : 5.9 - 9.8 N·m (0.61 - 0.99 kg-m, 53 - 86 in-lb) SCIA1496E
